I have been happy with my electric bill. I just hope this will continue.

I'm very happy with how low my monthly electricity bill continues to be.

I did not get my payment setup on time. I got an email and called the number in the email for help. The lady that assisted me explained everything to me and got me all fixed up for not only the current payment due but future payments as well. That was one call I was glad I made. Thank you.

Ok, you can have the $8 and change.
Fact is, you can't have 2 electric power companies at the same time. When one company began, the other automatically ends. You can research and find that the end date was, March 8th even without my saying it but, ok if that's the way you want to go and if you keeping $8 if more important to you than the customer (me) on a disability salary!

This company claimed they are always shopping for the lowest rates and it appeared to be the case the first year or so. They started me with one company then when that company appeared to be raising their rates, they switched me to another company (which is what they advertise). But after being with the second company for a couple of months, I began to see my bill higher and higher each month. The electric provider claimed it was inflation or some crap like that. Well after about the third or fourth month and bill steady rising subtly, I decided to look at the other providers and compare rates. TXU was a lot lower. So my wife decided to give Power Wizard a call because it appeared that they were not doing their due diligence with regard to "constantly shopping for the lowest prices" for you as they advertise, my wife finds out that Power Wizard signed me to a 5 YEAR CONTRACT!!!!!!! This blew my mind as I myself, would have NEVER committed to a 5 year contract with anyone as prices do change from year to year, which is how Power Wizard claims the market works. Still working on getting out of that contract and will update as soon as I work something out. But for now, Power Wizard is a joke!

Easy to sign up. Can cancel at anytime. Already saved me over $200.

My wife (moving) recommended Power Wizard to me, I figured why not. They setup my service, at about 1.5 cent per kw/h than I could find, not the end of the world. Then I discover they gave the wrong phone number to the electric company (one digit was wrong so I never got confirmation calls from the power company) and the same day we discover that they gave the wrong social security number to her new electric company meaning she can't access the account for that address without MAILING paperwork to prove she is who she says she is and that it was an error. Otherwise she has to just cancel the service (at a cost) and sign up for new service. I would not use Power Wizard's services again if this is the lack of attention to detail they have. It was supposed to save time and money and now MUCH more time will be spent fixing these issues. Unrelated, they also have typos on their password reset screen, apparently quality control is lacking everywhere at this company.

Power Wizard obtained the best rates for my electricity cost.

I was satisfied with the service all the way until the last company I got signed up with PowerNext. They last two bills I've paid through my bank 9 days later they claim they haven't gotten yet but the check from my bank which is Bank of America was deposited on the date if payment. Not only that everytime I call somebody from customer service a non English speaking person comes on with language barrier and nothing gets solved. And on top of that I was signed up with this company for 2 years and I'm still paying PowerWizard monthly for nothing.
