everything went well
everything went well. the order, the drawings, the quotation and the Lead time. there was a missing item lost by the courrier which was replaced promptly in 2 days.
also one of the shower knob was not right for the folding door ordered and it was promptly replaced.
i could not fail the service or the quality under any point of view.

Slight hicup but all well now
I ordered one piece of tempered black glass for a small shelf, 8 x 140 x 996 mm. Firstly I received no correspondence emails at all so I had to call them twice over two weeks before they sent me any confirmation of my order. Secondly when the glass arrived It was slightly curved over its length such that if you put it on a flat surface it rocked when you touched either side, I've never seen that with glass before. If you looked down the length of was easy to see the curve. There was a slight scratch on the black coating which I had to put electrical insulating tape over to stop me seeing light coming through it it when the shelf was up. So you can understand my disappointment. I'm not sure they have a quality control as this could have been spotted by anyone, I would not have allowed this piece of glass to be shipped, especially when it cost £125 plus delivery.
***Update*** After posting my review, Pradglass have remade and sent me another piece of glass which was perfect. Maybe I could have given them another call about my disappointment with the first piece of glass before I wrote the first review.
In my eyes Pradglass have acted quickly and made the problem better. Therefore I have updated my review score accordingly.

At first they sent my order wrong. I had asked for a round glass and they sent me a square one.
After talking with them, they sent it to me in less than a week without charging me anything, and the round glass was much more expensive.
