Invading tree roots
I have just been reading some reviews about this company after leaving my review.
All the good reviews we're aimed at lots of different "staff" on the many many occasions that I have either phoned or emailed my concerns I was only able to speak.to the same person never able to speak to her superior.
I think she was working from.home.

Permission Granted
I phoned Greenbelt to ask if it was ok to install a timber strut in a communal shrub bed to support a length of fence which was swaying in the wind. As the fence backs onto my garden, I will have to pay for the replacement fence should it fail. David Condon was so helpful and came back to me within the hour having spoken to the operations manager and advised I had permission providing there was no damage to the shrub bed. He also followed it up with an email confirming permission had been granted. I really appreciated this as it allows me to take preventative action and hopefully delay the cost of replacing the fence.

There seems to of been some confusion at your end because you mentioned to me the wrong company who was responsible for emptying the new bin and you also mentioned that you would call me and never did, that would give anybody the impression that you was not bothered.
I spoke to David and he got the bin relocated on the Park and I even called him to say thanks for a job well done then after that as mentioned above it never got emptied,been a Sales Manager for a lot of years there's things you pick on the way and your Telephone manner was not very convincing that you was taking this seriously hence calling your company on several occasions.

Excuses
I had to send numerous emails to customer services before they believed me. All we wanted was someone to cut overhanging branches that encroach our property by trees belonging Grange estates. The trees have never been pruned in all the 26 years we have lived here.The company gave all kinds of excuses why they shouldn’t or couldn’t do this simple task. Glad to report that the work has now been done.

We can confirm that the trees are inspected each month by our regional Operations Manager to identify any health and safety risk, and also annually by an independent arborist. You are able to cut back any low branches which may encroach into your garden legally, as long as this does not affect the health and stability of the tree

I been sent a bill which happens each year they itemised but they never tell you where is been compeled i have raised a issue with them but possble take 20 days i been here 11 years plus the council taken over 80% of it now cutting grass etc some how i think w3 are been taken for a ride?

Extortionate fees for appalling…
Extortionate fees for appalling service. Dead trees all over the estate, rubbish in the water, damaged fences etc. the list goes on. Not sure how they get away with it.
