AI slop agent that is useless
No way of contacting by phone, was directed to the chat on website. This was an AI bot which, despite my request being simple, kept telling me it needed more time, then ended the chat because it hadn't heard from me. Tried this twice, what a joke! Then it came back with some nonsense figure to bring my account up to date. I paid via the portal and now getting emails saying that my agreement will be cancelled if direct debit doesn't go through. Total shambles, because I can't get through to anyone to confirm payment has been received. I will choose a company that has real people on the end of a phone next time!
