Foreign call handler - no help at all.
Foreign call handler, couldn’t understand much of what she was saying, and she didn’t answer the main question I was asking. We just seemed to constantly speak over each other. I was annoyed, and she put the phone down, which, to be quite honest, I would have done if I’d got there first!

I pay for my insurance on direct debit
I was charged £25 for no fault of my own as I had my card scammed and had to change my physical card
My account number remains the same but no chance was given to me to rectify this by yourselves which is quite unacceptable
