I was told I put the wrong information and missed out Information so they put the insurance price higher after I accepted the original quote I know I put the right information as I was on the phone making sure I did it all right just a scam to make more money

As your finance provider, we don't have any control over the cost of your insurance policy itself. This is instead managed by your insurance broker.

Insurance Renewal.
I renewed my insurance recently and as in recent years I found the service excellent. I was sent all my documents to look through by pdf before I confirmed. I found things very easy to check that everything was in order online.

Not overly happy as my direct debit…
Not overly happy as my direct debit date was changed from the 1st to the 28th without notification, the payment did not come out and now I have to pay a late payment fee, not a great start.

The only thing they did was change my Direct Debit date, you’ve still charged me a late payment fee even though you were the ones that changed the Direct Debit date in the first place, so I’m worse off £25 because YOU changed the date, issue was not resolved the date was just changed and not even a sorry don’t worry about the late payment fee for you changing the date.
