Really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly business. Would recommend 100%.

These guys were amazing when sorting a polytunnel for my Father-In-Laws allotment.

Knowing little about the subject myself, they took their time to make 100% sure it was the right product.

10:10 experience

Great service, and top quality products. Loads of choices and my order arrived super fast. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent service, delivering on time, as promised. Will definitely return in the future.

Good people, good outcome. Did the job. No complaints.

Superb service from this local family run enterprise. Would highly reccomend.

My first time purchasing a polytunnel, really helpful staff and it's perfect for my allotment!

Received my new Polytunnel within 3 days of ordering. Excellent instructions with the help of videos, completed in a couple of days.
The service and staff are top notch and go the extra mile.
Loving it

Fantastic. The team really do go above and beyond for their customers. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to everyone I know

We had an upcycled structure that we didn’t want to go to waste and had an idea into making it into a polytunnel on our allotment.
Deborah in the office was very helpful and patient with my questions not only via the email and also over the phone. She answered all the questions and nothing was any trouble to her. She offered a couple of options on the pvc cover, including fixings.i would recommend them any time , just a shame we had to do all the work ourselves . Laughter.
Thank you again, Qualityof the product is superb and came packaged well too .
Very friendly and helpful .

What a breath of fresh air this company is!

When my polytunnel door finally succumbed during a winter storm, Premier Polytunnels stepped in and built a new door and frame to fit my needs exactly, supplied a new cover and delivered them in person within a couple of days at a time that suited me. Despite coming with full instructions and having excellent video tutorials online, the Premier Polytunnel staff spent time advising me on my exact needs and gave me some really helpful tips on refurbishing my 15year old polytunnel which helped the work go really smoothly. Thanks to their excellent service and products I now have a ‘like new’ polytunnel all ready for the growing season ahead!

Brilliant service and fantastic company to work with, had a few polytunnels built now and the quality is brilliant. Help is always available there for any issues or advice....

We've had a brilliant experience with Premier Polytunnels. Communication and service have been excellent. We would highly recommend them.

From start to finish, I had a very positive experience with this company. Great prices, materials delivered in good time, construction team friendly and hard-working and communication very good - by both email and their fantastic out of hours phone service. I would certainly buy another tunnel in the future!

I fully appreciated the way the team here have helped with any questions, queries and support that I have needed. Top notch.

Top quality firm to deal with from start to finish. Very helpful & gard working installation team. Would definitely use again.

What a refreshingly fabulous experience dealing with Premier Polytunnels. A self confessed newbie that knew nothing about polytunnels yet wanting to get into growing our own a Google search flagged Premier as the most local to us and with what looked like a broad range available. We were not disappointed when we visited. Friendly, helpful, and very knowledgable. Nothing was too much trouble. A pleasure to have spent time discussing any understanding what is available. I have no doubt it will be an equally positive experience once we order and have it installed.

Great customer service and very helpful advice. I am happy with my purchases and so are my plants. Will definitely be purchasing again from them in the future.

A great company. Have been dealing with Premier Polytunnels for many years.
The quality of the product and service I have received has been outstanding.
Always friendly and helpful on the phone and good communication by email.

I recently contacted Premier Polytunnels, initially after some construction advice. I spoke with a lovely lady in the office who was very helpful and invited me down to their site to have a look at what they had to offer. Being a typical tight Yorkshiremen, I didn't intend on buying one just picking their brains on how to do it on the cheap. All the staff on site were very helpful and gave me plenty of advice.
I strongly believe that good customer service creates you buisness.... by the end of the day I ended up buying one of the products....need I say more.
My plants will now reap the rewards! Many thanks
