UPDATED - Tax advise given is fraudlent
So he says ...if you have btl in a company and you are the director and you open another company and you are the director...if you lend money from one company where the rental income is deposited into and the other company as a loan..you are free of TAX...this is NOT true...

We do need to clarify one important point here: what you’ve described is your interpretation of the information shared, rather than the tax strategy that was actually taught during the session.
We certainly do not teach that simply lending money from one company to another somehow makes rental income tax-free. If tax could be made to disappear that easily, we imagine HMRC would have a rather busy afternoon. 😄
Company structures and intercompany lending can form part of legitimate tax planning, but the explanation needs to be understood in its full context rather than as one isolated part of the discussion.
We’d genuinely encourage you to attend the session again when the opportunity arises and listen to the full explanation, as we believe that would clear up the misunderstanding around what was actually shared.

Premier Property – A £34.80 Masterclass in How to Lose a Customer
I purchased a £29 + VAT (£34.80) package from Premier Property which included a live event. The event was subsequently cancelled. When I requested a refund, I was told that the £34.80 was actually for an email containing some tax advice, and that the live event was merely a "free bonus".
An interesting interpretation of what I believed I had purchased.
Apparently, when something you paid for is cancelled, simply describing it afterwards as a "free bonus" somehow makes the refund disappear. A remarkable piece of commercial and, presumably, legal alchemy.
There was just one small problem with that explanation: I never received the alleged email containing the tax advice either.
I gave Premier Property every opportunity to resolve what should have been a very simple £34.80 refund. Instead, they chose to defend their position.
Then things became even more interesting.
While dealing with the issue, I discovered that Premier Property had also set up a recurring charge that I was not aware I had agreed to. In other words, what I thought was a £29 + VAT purchase had apparently acquired a rather unexpected subscription attached to it.
That recurring charge has now been cancelled.
The £34.80 charge has also been cancelled, and my credit card company has confirmed that the payment will be clawed back. Thankfully, the matter has therefore not needed to progress to a small claims action.
So congratulations to Premier Property.
Over a relatively modest £34.80, you have managed to turn a potential customer into a former customer and generate:
A refund dispute;
A credit-card chargeback;
The cancellation of an undisclosed recurring payment;
A Trustpilot review;
And considerably more administrative hassle than simply refunding £34.80 would ever have required.
All because the event I believed I had paid for was apparently "free", the email I never received was apparently what I had actually paid for, and an ongoing charge had somehow been attached to the transaction without me realising it.
It's difficult to imagine a more elaborate way of not saving £34.80.
You didn't even save the £34.80 in the end.
Well done, Premier Property. 👏
My advice to anyone considering using them: read the small print very carefully, you won't have time in the webinar - it is fast paced and designed to capture you - so copy and paste the T&Cs and cancel within 14 days in the cold light of day, when you spot these little extras you hadn't bargained for - and if your decide to go with the offer, keep a close eye on your card statements!
