Premier Snag Bewertungen

We booked Premier Snag for our new built house. We had Brian as our inspector who was very professional. Brian called us the day before to confirm our booking. On the day, he even arrived earlier than our booking time. He started by inspecting the outside and the roof. There was no way we would have been able to do such inspections ourselves. He must have spent more than 4 hours inspecting our house. Brian even completed the report less than 24 hours on Sunday! We really like the comments he made on the report. We would certainly recommend Brian for anyone who needs a snagging inspection.

We used Premier Snag for a post-completion snagging inspection on our new-build home and were very impressed.
The inspection was carried out by Brian Drury, who was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough.
He identified 127 issues, including heating, sealing, drainage, and safety-related items.
The report was clear, well structured, and very helpful when dealing with the site manager.
Highly recommended for anyone buying a new-build property.

I booked premier snag recently for my new 4 Bed house in Bedford. The snag inspector was David. He arrived on time, and went through whole house including outer structure, garrage, garden and top view drone inspection. He almost spent 5 hours with very detailed inspection (like even small scratches and snots in wall), checked everything in comparison with general regulations and guidelines. Even my developer appreciated it and I got almost all snags rectified. Thanks David!.

As a first timer this was a great experience with my home snagging inspection. Grace M. was thorough, professional, and clearly knew exactly what to look for. Grace identified and explained issues in a way that was easy to understand and the final report was well-organized, and will be incredibly helpful for getting everything resolved.
A genuinely smooth and reassuring service from start to finish.

Great service - we were really happy with how fast the report was produced!

Last minute booking for a snagger. Found these guys on Google doing a new year promotion.
Brian arrived on time despite the horrendous weather.
Addressed our concerns and answered any questions and talked us through everything.
Turned out to be, luckily most, if not all are minor issues.
I think over 120 on the report.
We have found some more other things since but that’s understandable with the amount of things wrong with the house.

Really pleased with my experience of Premier Snag. Gaz was great and after spending a few hours at the property checking everything over (including the roof and thermal imaging), he sent over a comprehensive report within 24 hours. The report was accepted and acted upon by the developers with no problem at all. Happy to recommend this company for peace of mind when buying a new build property.

Craig Galley carried out the snagging report. He was very professional, curtous and considerate. He explained exactly what he would do and then debriefed us in his findings, backed up with a written report. This was without doubt money well spent as he picked up things we would never have seen. The site manager has now got the report and is rectifying the issues. Thank You!

Premier Snag was very responsive, and the report was very thorough. We used the pre + post inspection option for new builds, and it really helped us to convince the developer to appropriately handle the snags.
It may feel like a bit of an investment, but in our eyes totally worth it!

I would definitely recommend.
They find things that you would never think of.
they spend a couple of hours checking the entire houses ( inside & outside ).
It's definitely worth it for the peace of mind .

Superb experience, extremely thorough throughout the visit. Found a lot of things we never would have even thought to look at. Would highly recommend and very good value for money.

I recently had a professional snagging inspection carried out for the property I purchased and I am extremely pleased with the service provided.

The inspection was thorough , detailed, and completed in a timely manner. James took great care to identify even the smallest issues that could have easily been overlooked, providing us with a comprehensive report that gave me peace of mind.

He took time to explain each point in detail and offered valuable advice on how to address the issues.

I highly recommend Premier Snag - James , to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient snagging service. The quality of their work has exceeded my expectations , and I would definetely use their services again in the future.

Thank you for your excellent service!

James was very professional and friendly, and did exactly what we wanted from a professional snagger. Nothing bad to say - very quick writing up the report too.

Brian Drury carried out our new home inspection and we honestly couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish he was thorough, professional, and clearly very experienced. He took the time to check everything in detail which was very reassuring.

The report we received was top notch - & comprehensive. It highlighted a range of issues while also giving us confidence in the overall quality of the property. The level of detail showed real care and pride in his work.

We’re extremely glad we chose Premier Snag and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a truly professional and reliable snagging service.

We chose Premier Snag based on their strong reviews, and they certainly didn’t disappoint. The booking process was straightforward and the price was very competitive. It was reassuring to know that areas we can’t easily check ourselves, such as the insulation and the roof, were thoroughly inspected and found to be in good condition.
The snagger was friendly and extremely thorough, taking note of issues we had already spotted as well as identifying additional ones. We were especially impressed to receive the full report the very next morning, even though the inspection took place on a Saturday. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and would happily recommend Premier Snag to any new build homeowner.

I cannot rate these guys enough! From the minute i contacted them to Brian coming out to conduct the inspection, all was very seamless, thorough and quick. I contacted them lastmin and explained my situation of a needing an inspection doing the next day. It was no problem at all for the team. They sorted this for me and got Brian out to the next day even with the snow/icy weather conditions. Brian was brilliant and did a remarkable job! Great attention to detail! The report I also got a few hours later! I couldn’t be happier with the service and work they provided! Will be recommending them to all my friends and family! Super job guys, keep it up :)

Great availability. Did a thorough check of the property and explained everything really clearly. The report was comprehensive with pictures and explanations. Very happy!

Very pleased with the service from Premier Snag! James did a very thorough job including taking drone photos which identified debris in the guttering! Very impressive! Spent 4 hours checking the house out, picking up on many snagging issues we may never have spotted (nothing major thankfully!). Would definitely recommend.

We had a brilliant experience with Premier Snag. We were able to get an inspection in a few days, and the report was so thorough, which really helped negotiations before the exchange of contracts for purchasing a new build, thank you!
