I really loved it. As a candidate of an English Teacher, it's nice and enough to improve as a teacher by myself. It has long paragraphs or listenings sometimes but it's fairly enough and well.

SO easy to maneuver and comprehend. I am currently caring for my elderly mother so remote learning works best for me and I love that I dont have to have a set schedule to work on the modules.

some times longer duration for assignments correction
The content and the way they teach is magnificent, but sometimes they take more than 3 days to check assignments, it may take even longer, it's been 5 days now, and I cannot continue learning. I am waiting for the correction

Hi Abdulaziz, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We’re really glad to hear you’re enjoying the course content and teaching approach. We sincerely apologise for the delay with your assignment correction, this was an oversight on our side and not the experience we aim to provide.
We’re happy to confirm that your assignment was reviewed and graded yesterday, and you should now be able to continue progressing through the course as normal. Our academic team works hard to keep turnaround times within the usual window, and we appreciate your patience while this was resolved.
If you ever experience a delay like this again, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team directly so we can step in right away. We wish you every success with the rest of your TEFL journey.

This TEFL program is far too simple
This TEFL program is far too simple. All the module quizzes are based on multiple-choice, matching, and fill in the blank responses. Many of the responses don't even switch their wording to use synonyms meaning the answers are in the text you are supposed to be deciphering. I am grateful to be working towards a TEFL certificate but I would not recommend this program.

Hi Ruby, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the course didn’t meet your expectations. Our 120 hour course is designed as an entry-level qualification and is intentionally structured to be accessible and supportive, particularly for those who are new to teaching or TEFL. The quizzes are designed to reinforce understanding of core concepts rather than assess advanced academic skills.
For learners looking for a greater level of challenge, we also offer higher-level qualifications, such as our Level 5 TEFL courses, which include more in-depth content and more rigorous assessment. We appreciate your comments and will pass them on to our academic team as part of our ongoing course development. We wish you the very best as you continue your TEFL journey.

First time being able to access the program. Reached out shortly after purchasing program back in August 2025 but never received a response. Still have question and in need of a conversation with someone directly. Under the circumstances I would expect my start date to be moved to this date, since it is the first time I was able to get in.
