The course itself was quite fine; the assignments, assignment control, and grading were acceptable in both the content asked and the answering speed. I only ask if they could add a part for "teaching young learners, or business English which are important parts of teaching English. I thank everyone who helped me, and wish them well.

You guys don't help people, just doing bussniess.
I’ve come across platforms and tools that promise support with job hunting, CV building, and internships. I believed in those promises, I followed every step, trusted the process, and waited. But in the end, I didn’t receive the help I was counting on.
It's really disheartening when something that gives you hope ends up letting you down. When you're actively looking for opportunities and trying to build a better future, even small support means a lot. And when that support doesn't come, it hits hard.
This is not just frustration, it's a reminder that promises should come with action. I hope others don’t face the same silence after being shown "green lights." Support should be real, not just displayed.

Teaching Young Learners
I have just completed the 30-hour teaching young learners course. I found the course to be interesting and motivating. I learned useful techniques necessary to be an effective teacher for very young learners to teenagers. Keeping learners engaged with interesting topics and allowing them to self-correct help their development in a positive way.

Poor Communication
Not ideal out of country. I finished my level 5 course in 4 weeks, but it took an additional 4 weeks for them just to dispatch my hard-copy certificate to the post in Ireland. I still have a long wait before it arrives in America. So much for teaching abroad this Summer. The course itself was good and thankfully self-paced, (hence the three stars) but all my communication with the actual company has been awful. I think they must be chronically under-staffed. They were always super polite and friendly if I could get a hold of them, but it’s like they’ve only got one person frantically trying to manage everything .

The journey through the course was both enriching and eye-opening. Scam. Never once got feedback when I used any of the help lines to assist with my course but they are very quick to ask about payments and only respond to emails regarding money. So disappointed in myself for falling for this
