They ship spores that don't spawn. I've bought many syringes over the last two years and never had a problem. The last 3 I ordered didn't spawn. Customer support is nonexistent. Avoid this company, there are better ones around that stand by their products.

You can read these reviews and see after 1 star reviews there will be (2-3) fake 5 star reviews to cover their lies and deceitful ways. Do not do business with Premium Spores. You will be upset with no results

Now since I posted my a review here Trust Pilot with my honest experience Premium Spores emailed me and said they won't ship the 1 replacement. Bad business practices. I received backlash for posting a review. I see the reputable businesses reply to these reviews on Trust Pilot and make things right. They claim 100% satisfaction guarantee which is false. It's sad. Watch out mushroom community.

I don't normally write reviews but I have been using Premium Spores for years and have placed several orders with them. I have always had great results with their products! I am sure that most of the negative reviews are due to those customers most likely being beginners since everyone I know personally and myself have never had any issues with their any of their spores. They will even throw in free syringes sometimes!

I ordered spores on June 6th. Because they're closed over the weekend my order wasn't processed until Monday which is what I expected. I was told that the expected delivery date would start counting as of day of shipment. Because we were expecting a heat wave I paid for 2-day delivery. They were shipped as expected on Monday the 9th. I received a message from USPS that they would not be arriving until Friday the 13th, instead of Wednesday the 11th. Bad omen, I guess, because Premium Spores did nothing but make excuses. With temperatures over 80 degrees I doubt that they'll even be viable when they get here. PS a rip off.

Fantastic customer support and syringes are always perfect. I recently had the post office lose a package or it was stolen from my mailbox and they did not hesitate to replace my order literally the same day. More companies need to be like them these days! I’ve placed 10 orders here since 2018 and not one bad syringe. That’s pretty good odds if you ask me. Just wanted to spread some love in this world of hate. Peace ✌️

Customer service is great but out of my 5 purchases I only had 2 positive samples so I went ti another spore company at 30 dollar a sample it's not worth the 40,% successful

Ordered from premium spores 4-5 times in the past few years. Always received exactly what I ordered. Timely and accurate.

PS produces great spores that work every time. If your yield doesn't pan out, it wasn't the spores but more likely your growing environment. When I dialed mine in, great production.

Had great time with premium spores I just don't have enuff experience to see the full power of the products I had brought

I have had great experiences with choosing Premium Soores for my mycology needs. When I had an issue with colonization, they replaced the product and offered tips and techniques.

Warning. This company explicitly states that the sole purpose in providing basidiospore suspensions is microscopic examination on slides. To do that, viability is not essential except maybe to observe anastomosis of opposite mating types when forming a heterokaryotic mycelium. If spore viability is essential for any other purpose, there is a good chance you will experience failure and a considerable waste of time, effort, and resources. The devil is in the details.

Premium Spores is not worth dealing with they are selling a lot of dead useless trash don't waste your money. They are rip off artists the only spores worth buying are the more expensive ones and they are the LUMINOUS LUCIE, ENTHEOGEN EXPLOSION, MAYAN MASTERS & AIR FORCE-1 don't buy the other stuff because it's probably a lot lifeless trash and don't buy from Premium Spores period buy form Premium Spores Official they are a higher quality company these people at Premium Spores are bullshit artists. They just want to get your money and screw you over. I don't know why Premium Spores Official let their name be affiliated with them because it's ruining their reputation and they were a high quality company, maybe it's all about the money 💵. I have done a lot business with Premium Spores Official in the past and never got a bad syringe 💉. Recently I purchased 9 syringes from Premium Spores and received 2 free ones and out of 11 syringes only 4 were any good 1 is genetically weak and the other 6 are all lifeless dead spores. They are a company of lying 🤥 thieving bullshiters. Don't buy from them, I'm not doing business with them again and I wish them nothing but the worst and I hope they go out of business!!!

Two syringes arrived DOA... no growth and no response from Premium Spores. Never again!

USPS shipping hell. Customer Support states that the mushroom spores are still viable after 13 days and will replace the order. I am 11 days out now. They have other shipping options and that is their premise why I am responsible. GREAT CRM. Though it cool now, heavens knows what temperature shifts occurred. I searched the internet - it does not validate the claims made of viability over this long time line. Doesn't bode well to do business with them.

I have grown before and took all precautions, however I ordered a syringe on June 9th and nothing came of it. I thought maybe user error so I ordered another one on Aug 5th, again nothing. I will not be ordering from premium spores again.

I've never had an issue with the company. I have had duds with spores, but that could have also been an issue with my set up, sanitization, temperature. It was earlier in my grow process. I have had contamination and I've had amazing results. It's probably hard to say where the issue is unless you know for sure you 100% were sterile and conditions were correct.

First time grower of Golden Teacher strain. Super impressed with delivery time and spores themselves. Took 6 weeks to form but once they did they grew like crazy. On my 4th flush and nothing but happy with their product

Contaminated syringe, BS excuses, do not buy from them.
