I had been looking to change my car for sometime as I had it for 7 years, so I decided to go into Prestige over the bank holiday. I had already decided what car I wanted in my mind which was a Mercedes GLC Coupe, but I wanted to check it out and test drive it as I knew I wanted to get a bigger better car to my previous one. Ivan was my sales consultant from day one, very friendly, easy to talk to and patient. I told him that I wasn’t willing to get the car that day, and he wasn’t pompous, pushy or rude. We went for a test drive, which was hilarious as it was my first time driving an auto, as I had only known how to drive a manual. We went back to the office and discussed the numbers, and my options on either part exchanging my old car or if I should sell elsewhere. I told him that I would go home and deliberate as I do not like to make impulsive decisions. Eventually two days later I called Prestige and let Ivan know I would be coming back in to potentially take the car home that day, he gave me a time and told me what documents I should bring. As soon as I got there we started the process of doing the paperwork. I had part exchanged and done all the finance documentation within 2 hours. It was the fastest time I’d been through a car sale process. Ivan was extremely helpful, thorough and explained every document I was signing. I am in love with my new car and very grateful to Ivan!

Once everything was completed on Ivan’s end, I was then sent over to Erleta who finalised the process for me, including my drive away insurance, my road tax as well many other things. Erleta was so sweet and we had such a lovely conversation. She helped me take my items from my old car to my new car, as well as setting up the UX in my new car for me. She was also very thorough in explaining everything to me and helped organise my documents in a nice packet.

I had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. Thanks again Ivan and Erleta!

Very quick and easy sales purchase and experience

Although I have not had a particular good experience with Prestige, my recent experience with Matt from the servicing department has been exceptional. He has gone above & beyond to help …… more than any other company I have dealt with. Due to ill health I am unable to communicate on the phone easily but Matt has used What’s App & responded immediately as though on a call & not left me waiting for hours as many do. His patience & diligence to sort the issues with my car were beyond my expectations. Matt I cannot thank you enough… you have no idea how much you have helped. Thank you

Picked up my Wife’s new car on Sunday and I must say the whole experience was seamless and very efficient.
Jess covered the demonstration and sale of the vehicle and was excellent throughout the process.
Erleta managed the collection and handover and was extremely helpful especially with the phone set up. Thanks to all the team.

Review regarding the Product, I purchased about three weeks ago (Audi Q4 e-tron). I been told this car has been checked fully but within a day remote key battery run out. I did rapid charge on motorway and dashboard showed amber battery warning. I called the prestige car and they explained the process of repair and asked to contact Audi's Roadside Assistant. Audi team found out that car has coolant pump issue and needs new pump and associated parts. Prestige Cars management team called me to apologised for inconvenience as I have to kept my car for a repair.

We had a very smooth purchasing process - Thanks to Connor who was incredibly patient with us. He stayed late somedays to provide us with another opportunity to review and discuss the car we were interested in. He was very reassuring! Thank you again, Connor. I also wanted to give a shout out to the two ladies who help complete the paperwork ay the end. Good luck to the lady who just started her job at Prestige. Wonderful experience overall and we look forward to the continued service part.

I chose Prestige Cars Kent partly because of their strong Trustpilot rating, but my experience was extremely poor.

Communication throughout the purchase was disorganised and inconsistent.

I was left waiting for hours (4) on collection day, received conflicting information (lies) from different members of staff about the whereabouts of the car (always saying "it will be here in 5/10/20 mins", offering no apologies in the meantime) who were coming up with different excuses, and the handover itself felt rushed and poorly managed.

I was also promised important documentation relating to the vehicle, which was not provided as agreed (when I finally got the car at 8pm they made an excuse I'll receive the documentation the next day because the relevant team had left).

When I later raised a concern about the car’s service history and manufacturer warranty, getting a clear answer was unnecessarily difficult and have not yet received it (I chased more than 10 times on this). Calls were promised and never returned.

In the end, I had to verify key information myself rather than rely on the dealership.

The car itself is fine (for now). My issue is with the dealership: poor communication, incompetence, lack of ownership, complete lack of professionalism, missed promises, and an overall level of service far below what I expected from a business with such a high Trustpilot score.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with any kind of consumer facing business, shocking level of incompetence at every stage of the process - that's why I bothered creating a Trustpilot account to let prospective buyers know.
