Was interested in a car via a post/advert I had seen. Mentioned I was a cash buyer and wanted to see and test drive the vehicle. Called to enquire and made an appointment. Once I arrived I was told to sit in the waiting area. After 30min I hadn't even seen the sales person I made the appointment with, or offered some water/drink. Waited another 20min and still hadn't seen anyone. Customer service is ridiculous

I had a great experience buying my most recent car through Prestige Cars. There were some initial gaps in communication following our first meeting, particularly around the Service Packages and Admin Fees, but these were quickly resolved through follow-up emails and phone calls.

Great experience from start to finish, including part ex of my car. Highly professional. There were a few minor defects identified after the sale that were fixed without any fuss. I am very impressed.

The company was very helpful and Ivan explained everything to me in detail about the purchase and was even kind enough to collect me from the station when I came to collect my car.
