I highly recommend prestigio cars thr staff are fantastic so kind and friendly and really helpful they answered all my questions and made sure i was completely happy, i went on a friday to look at their cars and was able to pick it up Saturday which is fantastic, having had a very very bad experience with a second hand car dealer i was nervous, but they put my nerves at ease right away, genuinely they are one of the very very best second hand dealers, and Ian was really really helpful aswell and I really couldn't ask for more and the car is fantastic to drive works really well, i highly recommend them to anyone looking for a second hand car

They deliver the vehicle (free within 100 miles) - saved me a great deal of time and hassle.
Their representative was unfailingly polite, correct, and helpful in answering my questions. Queries were resolved speedily and without fuss. Rectification work (such as there was) was also handled very expeditiously. Final delivery was also prompt and helpful (it's been a long time since I previously purchased a vehicle!). A good experience overall.

Bought a Nissan GTR from the Guys at Prestigio, car was priced competitively and was a great example for the price, given the vehicles age and mileage.

The team were great at communicating and not pressuring me into the sale, when I viewed the car I noticed some minor issues and the team got them fixed before the sale, which was great.

On reviews of any business you only ever see the really good or the really bad, an otherwise great experience can be ruined by poor after sales… for me, quite soon into ownership, I found faults, however the guys at Prestigio ensured I was happy and had the faults rectified, so a big thumbs up on their after sales.

All in all, can’t fault the experience from start to finish and I would purchase from Prestigio again and would recommend them to anyone.

Update… had £7000 of repairs just 150 miles after purchase, MOT history claimed a clean pass just 150 miles prior to £7000 repairs, included in this £7000 of repairs were both front tyres down to the cords on the inside edge, wishbones with collapsed bushes, driver headlight not working at all (melted ballast), MOT clearly was not legit as these issues do not pop up in that small amount of mileage, not even an advisory for them… garage refused repairs, refused contribution towards (other than just £700 towards a different repair) and are now ignoring me.

Additionally when viewed, one of the rear tyres was heavily perished and the inside edge was down to wires (how did this pass an MOT with zero miles completed since ?!?), they agreed to change it, upon having the above work carried out, they found this to be a puncture repaired tyre they had fitted and found the other rear wheel to have a flat spot in the alloy.

I needed a new landrover after mine was written off in an accident Prestigio cars were excellent and very helpful. Car was good value and arrived with keshif on time and excellent with explaining everything and was a quick delivery even though I was 100 miles away. Delivery was free which was even better. Any questions I had were answered quickly

We would like to thank Ian for all his help with the test drive and the paperwork for the purchase of the car we purchased. We found all the staff were helpful, polite and professional when we were on site.

I visited the site with a rough idea of what i was looking for, Spoke to a gentleman named Ian and he guided me through the selection they have. After about 40 mins i decided on a car and drove away same day! Ian was fantastic, very knowledgeable and very easy going. Great service, great vehicle AAA***

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. I purchased a car on Wednesday and took out a finance loan for it. I was then told to wait a few days for delivery.

I waited an entire week and received nothing.

During that time, I contacted the company every single day and was repeatedly reassured that everything was fine and that the car was reserved for me. Today, I found out that the car had been sold to someone else without my knowledge or consent.

This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I have now been left in a very difficult situation, having to deal with cancelling the finance agreement and undoing all the paperwork I had already signed.

The lack of communication, responsibility, and basic respect for customers is shocking. This situation has caused me unnecessary stress and wasted a huge amount of my time.

I strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

They sold a car if that my wife had a loan for. We contacted them daily, lied, and said the car was ready, only to sell it to someone else six days later. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone...
