The Pay Pal link came up twice before confirming, so I accidentally bough two sets of drain filters. There was no way to edit my order. When I wrote to customer service, they told me it was too late to change my order because it had been shipped. On other websites, I have been able to modify an order within minutes of purchase. You can't do that on this one, and no one offered to help with a return. It's a bot you're dealing with here. Be careful.

Item came postage due of $8.30. Post office said sender had fake address. No information or instructions in the box for installation.

The delivery was great but they don’t fit in my drains.

I was disappointed that the sizing was way off. I am a consistent 2XL and the blouses did not fit, they run very small.
I would like to know if we can exchange for a better size. I sent an email but have not heard back. Thank you/

Description and picture did not match to what I received. No magnetic closure and not luxurious leather. Was a cheap plastic purse. Took about 3-4 weeks to arrive. Unacceptable.

My order was processed with over $10 in taxes for two t-shirts. They corrected immediately. I never received the order. I checked, as directed, with the post office (they couldn't even recognize the tracking number/company). In my communication, they insisted (several times) I check bushes by my house, neighbors, etc., even after I told them I have a locked mailbox. Then they wanted me to prove I checked with the post office. Never received the order, nor was refunded. The communication was insulting and beyond frustrating. Be very aware.

I placed an order that I never received. The company insisted that it was delivered but would not respond with the name of the carrier. The Post Office could not use the tracking number they provided. Each time I reached out they sent the same email response stating that the item had been delivered. It has been over a month since I placed the order. This appears to be a complete scam! I

I place an order before Christmas for a dog harness coat. Receive email itvwas delivered but it was NOT.. I review my Ring camera from that day and not packages were ever delivered..I contacted my post office and spoke to my mailman not delivery..
I have had 6 email to them and I get a rebot response saying it was delivered and that they are on vacation..

I feel scammed no refund and no product .

I'm SO in love with this coat!! It's totally adorable and so fuzzy. :) It makes me immensely happy and I love the fit too. This is the cutest coat and I am so glad to have added it to my wardrobe.
