It’s matte finish product

A member of our Customer Service team will be reaching out to you shortly.
Our Premium Gloss paper is no longer as glossy as it was in the past. The material was updated a few years ago, resulting in a more subtle finish than the previous version. If this material does not meet your needs, we would be happy to accept the return and can recommend alternative vendors that offer a higher-gloss product.
Please expect an email from our Customer Support team soon.
Kind regards,
The Primera Team
