My ink was coming out discolored on my Primera Printer. I got on with the chat with Sadike in Customer Service and they provided me with a troubleshooting video to start. That didn't fix the issue so they were able to send a replacement ink cartridge out to me overnight. The only downside I experienced was it took a while to get confirmation on the replacement, otherwise 5/5. Thank you!

My last ink cartridge didn't work…
My last ink cartridge didn't work right. Customer service walked us through lots of tips for getting it to work but didn't want to just replace it. I had to order another cartridge for a large order coming up because I can't get the one I have to work. Hoping my new one works when it gets here but disappointed in the wasted money on the last one.

Outdated printer support
We have an older printer model, and I really appreciate that they continue to sell the ink cartridges for it and they aren't ridiculously priced.
