Also there are no easy returns as advertised on the site. You have to return at your own cost, no return label & then….. no refund 😡
Possibly because the returns address is actually a storage unit. Fuming!!!!

Sent a return at my own expense and it’s been a month with no refund. DO NOT BUY from these scammers. Clothes are terrible quality as well
DO NOT LISTEN TO THE REPLY. It was returned a week after I received the item, and it was not a sale item. Not worn once, original packaging & even in the bag it came in.
They get you to return it to a storage unit with an address that isn’t accurate. Very shadey

AWFUL. Took months to be delivered, then when my clothes came the quality was SHOCKING. Worse than any other brand I’ve seen. Disgusting service too. Don’t waste your time. They didn’t even give me a returns label!

Would give this minus reviews if I could. The biggest time wasters. Ordered a jumper, arrived late, quality was awful and the customer service is dreadful. I have emailed them so many times to get a return address and they ignored it for ages. Eventually they gave it and now they won’t update Klarna about the return. I have emailed them multiple times since. I’m glad I put it through Klarna because they have helped but the worst shop.

Have been chasing a refund after returning a sweater. No reply whatsoever. They had authorised the refund and I had sent it by recorded delivery at my own expense. Am still repeatedly chasing. Disappointed and will not be using this company again.
Decent
When I looked at the reviews I was worried that I may have wasted my money. However, when my package arrived it was exactly what I paid for and was good quality. Other people may have had bad experiences with this company but in my experience people are more likely to leave a review when they’ve had a bad experience; where as people who got what they paid for tend not to leave a review.
So if you’re worried by the other reviews try not to be, it seems like some people have had good experiences and others have had bad, so don’t worry too much!

Great quality, they explain the details about the sizes and made it very easy to know the exact size to order. I am removing one star because one of the jumpers I ordered was quite bigger but they made the process of returning it very easy

Absolutely awful! Ordered Christmas gifts for my son for over £200….took over a month to arrive and siding is ridiculous. Size 32 Jeans smaller than my size 28! Poor quality and despite constant emails not one reply! AVOID!!

I ordered a small black jumper for my daughter and a Large Khaki jumper landed 4 days before Xmas and no one is answering any of my direct emails or responding to the Contact Us Section. I'm currently working with Consumer Rights to take them down unless they respond. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!
Wrong item sent and no reply to emails
My son ordered a jumper and paid quite a bit for it, it arrived a totally different jumper and no matter how many emails and messages are sent they have not responded. Terrible customer service and lucky that I couldn’t give 0 stars.

When my order was received they had sent the wrong size. I have sent them 2 emails asking for either a refund or the correct size to be sent. I also asked how to return as it wasn’t my fault so shouldn’t have to pay return postage. I have not had a reply to either email. I am annoyed at myself as I usually checks reviews before I place an order with a company I haven’t used before but forgot this time. Please avoid this company

SCAM! do not order from here they use cheap distributors like Temu, i fell for this and when my sweatshirt came i realised it’s a scam. it had no tag or return address. it’s all a con for the price you are paying !!
