Its been 11 days i have still no signs of my orders and told "see what we can do about the shipping cost" thankfully i used klarna so i will be able to dispute with them not the company,

They received my item back on the 26th September for a refund, only on the 11th October have I had an email to say there issuing a refund.
Reading my messages on Instagram and not replying, same with emails... Cant believe they asked for a review tbf

Do not use this company. Ordered my parcel at the end of September and still not recieved it even though it stated 3-5 working days on the order. I got told it will be delivered latest today and now I’m being told they’re waiting on another part of my order. And they keep calling me ALICE on email when my name is Alicia. Awful company, asked for my delivery fee back to start with and they keep ignoring it and now I’m being told conflicting information. I’m £70 down and still no further forward with where the heck my parcel is.

Ordered from them over a month ago maybe 6 weeks ago .. waited weeks for them to send me the wrong size stuff out I’ve sent it back recorded delivery tracked and seen it was signed for this was nearly two weeks ago now and mailing them back n forth still have not give me my refund for my tracksuit they sent wrong size !!!! Absolute shambles avoid this company at all costs !!!!

If i could give zero stars i would used them twice first time took me nearly 8wks to get £26 refund off them after double figures emails several promises it would be in comings days never happened had raise a dispute with paypal used them again against my better judgement as it was a gift never even got what i ordered they cancelled it never even told me took me 4 emails to find that out promised refund in 7-10 days never happened again had to raise a dispute to get it back ansolute cowboy outfit customer service is terrible DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!

Terrible service been waiting on a refund for 2 months not replying to any of my emails so I will be contacting my bank about this

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS. I ordered an item, recieved the wrong size, returned it (signed for) and have still not been refunded. It has been over MONTH since this was delivered. No one updates me when I email them for an update, or if I do rarely get one I get told someone is looking into this and never does. I am now paypal disputing the payment but urge everyone to AVOID THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN.

Possibly the worst Micky mouse company I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. Ordered 2 Nike sets over 2 months ago both in stock online. Was sent 1 t shirt and 2 weeks later the shorts to match that t shirt. Still till this day no sign of my other set or a refund which I was told I will get. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS

Half of parcel still not received... no information about this.. just assuming they don't have in stock yet.. spent £380.00 and received 2 pairs of shorts and a pair of leggings for now...

Originally ordered beginning of September, items all showed in stock - once ordered I was told it was on back order "no prior showing on the website", was told over and over it was 2-3 days away. Requested a refund, only 5 weeks later has it been approved, still no financial return. Awful customer service, filled with 1 line response, and days of waiting times. DO NO ORDER

Returned a jacket that’s was supposed to be XL but fit more like a M and it’s been over 2 week since I returned it with first class Mail and they will not give me a refund

If I can give 0 stars then I would. This company are nothing short of scammers. You will place an order and your order will not arrive. No matter how many times you email them they will not respond back. Stay away and go directly to Nike or the other brands.

Ordered a pair of joggers on Thursday and its now the Tuesday with no update and no response to emails or messages even after paying the extra for 1-2 days shipping. The joggers are hard to find and I suspect they have sold out and not updated there website. God knows if ill get a refund or not as they can post on Instagram and send me spam emails but cant reply on either of them to an issue with my order.

Placed an order worth over £600.00 received part of my order and now nearly 7 weeks later still haven’t received a refund or the rest of the order. Owed over £400.00
