I honestly can’t recommend Alan Williams and the team at Prisoner Rights Legal Services enough.

From the very beginning, Alan has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. He has always taken the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly and keep us informed throughout the process.

Trying to understand the prison system and the different processes involved can be extremely confusing and stressful for families, but Alan’s knowledge and guidance have made such a difference to us. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and whenever I’ve needed advice or clarification, he has always been approachable and helpful.

Most importantly, Alan has treated our family with genuine compassion and respect. You never feel like you’re simply another case- you feel that he genuinely cares about achieving the best possible outcome and supporting the family along the way.

When a loved one enters prison the whole world changes. Communication, trust, feelings of desperation and not knowing who to trust all make for the most stressful times. Add to that, fear and we have a very uncertain and scary prisoner and family .
There are literally masses of companies offering help with prison law, I know because I have spoke to most of them, they can be flimsy, greedy and distanced from our real stress and worry. Alan Williams was literally the star that took over all of our worries, he communicated day and night even weekends, and he listened.He was always there to fight for my sons rights . A human angel is how I would describe him , my son trusted him immediately and I felt secure, that whatever the outcome , Alan would do his absolute best, there was never any question that he was ready to go into battle for my son.
He has fought for us and he and his team have won the battle! My son will forever be in their debt for genuinely getting the best result . I still pinch myself that he called me back in my hour of need . 5 stars is not enough , they should receive medals for persistance, care, and doing right by those who need support, guidance and knowledge.
