First time shopping with Pristina Gadgetz. Really good customer service, quick and responsive. Really good value for money.

Cracking kit the air pods. Does all that I want and more, and the price was right, the website was easy to use, and delivery quick. Nothing else matters to me!!

This company is a scam their products are defective they then try to get you to keep the defective product for nominal discount! They are very slow to make refunds! its a continuous battle they break consumer act by trying to charge you a handling fee for returning a defective product. It’s a total sham. Don’t purchase anything from them!!

I don't recommend buying from this site. I ordered headphones 20 days ago, but they haven't arrived yet.

Bought a pair of AirPod pro’s. Supposed to be genuine refurbished Apple.
Item arrived fully packaged in a “new” box. It was clearly a FAKE - the packaging wasn’t quite right. Lots of Chinese instructions - lots of plastic which Apple doesn’t use - and the case lid didn’t line up properly.
When I reached out to Pristine Gadgetz they said they had been refurbished with non genuine parts. This was clearly not true as they whole package was intended to be sold as a knock off Apple product.
Was offered a refund - which I accepted - but nothing ever came.
Avoid this company - you will lose your money.

COMPLETE SCAMMERS.

They sent me a faulty product and refused to refund me. After a while they said I could return it, gave me an address to which it has been received, and then they blocked me. It’s been a month and I have not received a refund and I have no product. I am in contact with my bank to try to recover the funds and will be reporting them to the police.

I don’t think the Apple Pro 2 EarPods are genuine ?!

Counterfeit goods handed to the police, they will now investigate. Also reported to the bank for long distance selling of fake goods.

Sold me a fake product and didn't want to give me a refund until i threatened to charge it back from my bank due to their company being dissolved in companies house.

I purchased a pair of Bose earphones, I couldn’t get them to connect to the Bose app so took them to a Bose shop. They confirmed that the earphones were counterfeit

Bought AirPods which were perfect.

Recieved bose earbuds after a week and they are NOT genuine and now the website is unreachable so cant get a refund

Sold as refurbished Bose but definitely fakes.
