Ordered apple airpods, they came fake not genuine item. I still decided to keep them because sound was not bad but one of the airpods is not working and you cant pair because they're not original. Haven't received a reply for a refund or replace for long time so thumbs down. Fake advertisement and also no customer service!

The AirPods lost charge the instant they were removed from the case. But it was too late to return or exchange them - really disappointed!

The in ear experience of these earphone is very good with lots of bass and depth. I would highly recommend

Fake product sent and now won’t let me refund

Unfortunately, I had a terribly bad experience shopping at victoriasale.co.uk.
The item delivered was opened before and not in a new and unused condition, as it was publicised.
I then sent a request for replacement/refund and followed that up with an email to chase my request but never got any reply back from the company.

I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone. I personally believe it is a scam and the website should be shut down so other people won’t be paying big money for fake and used items.

I ordered air pods and they were not AirPods and when I requested a refund I did not get it.

DO NOT BUY! Fake AirPods sent with no reply when I requested a return or emailed to question the authenticity of listing. Total scam where you lose money!

Ordered Airpods which when arrived were clearly counterfeit. Although the website listing does describe them as refurbished this is only noted incredibly far down the listing. In any event the items are clearly not refurbished and in fact counterfeit. I have had no email confirmation of order and no response to three emails seeking an order number or confirming a return address. These items are being returned to the address on the website and will be followed with a report to the police and refund via the small claims court if not received immediately. Avoid any purchases through this company.

Very poor. Took supposed apple airpods to apple for repair to be told they weren't an apple product . Emailed company and got no reply. ScAM.

Without prejudice: Ordered Apple AirPods and received unbranded ear buds. Telephone number on their site does not work, nor does the one listed on my credit card statement. Money taken from my account by BuyInUk not Victoria Sale. BuyInUk telephone numbers do not connect. Had an email asking me to return them, tried to return them but delivery driver told they do not hold an office at the address given and would not accept them back. Charged VAT but no VAT number given on invoice which is illegal/ fraudulent. Be warned, this is not a trustworthy company.
