they installed faulty water pressure regulator and not scheduling follow up appointment to correct it
They said the water pressure regulator in my home must be replaced before they install the Moen flo sensor, so I agreed. The water pressure regulator they installed was faulty (the water pressure kept fluctuating between around 60psi and 78psi on a daily basis, after keeping the pressure at 60psi for two days). They sent the plumber and he said it shouldn’t be like this, and the pressure regulator must be faulty. He installed another one, and the new one is letting the water pressure fluctuate between 56psi and 88psi on a daily basis, even worse than the first one.
I’ve called Frontdoor pro customer service 4 times this week. Each time the agent says they will definitely give me a call back later the same day to schedule the follow up appointment and they never do. Texted the plumber and called him once also and no response. Oh and they’ve charged me $465 for the water pressure regulator that doesn’t work and now I have to keep calling them to do the job correctly for me.
