Finally a company that cares.. Long story, short.. My pendant broke after only a few weeks of enjoying it.. Customer service was horrible in helping get it warrantied out b/c of a defect in the manufacturing.. Unfortunately, I had to leave a bad review to get the attention of someone who could relate.. I received a call from the owner who listened and wanted to fail forward because he cared. He send me a replacement immediately and explained he has implemented some new SOP's in customer service operations.. This is what all companies should be like.. Things happen, but don't just choose to not listen.. As a small business owner myself, I have to understand mistakes happen, but choosing to not acknowledge the mistake is not sustainable, nor helping you grow your client base. I 100% recommend proclamation jewelry.

Despite the delivery time, the weather was capricious 😜

They have some of the most beautiful jewelry I've ever seen. I've bought several pieces and love them. The detail is amazing.

This was my second purchase-I bought what I thought would be a simple chain, but it is beyond just simple. Something about it says quality. It feels sturdy without looking clunky and looks quite honestly-like it was very expensive.

Got my chain very quickly and man i am impressed with the quality. Its a beautiful and hefty chain that i will be wearing daily.

Order was shipped quickly and and the packaging is top quality. This is my third purchase and all of the pieces ordered have exceeded expectations. It is clear they pay attention to the fine details. I would highly recommend Proclamation to anyone looking at a it's peace of their jewelry. I look forward to making a custom piece in the future.

I purchased a Silver Chain and the Spartan helmet . It looks to have a very heavy coating of Rhodium plating on both the chain and helmet. That is my only concern.
But both peaces are very nice as long as they are definitely 925 silver

I had an amazing experience with the Proclamation Jewelry customer support team. Harley, Francis, and John were incredibly helpful every step of the way. First of all, their jewelry is a beautiful piece of art — the craftsmanship and detail are truly impressive.
Unfortunately, the piece I received initially had a small fault, but that didn’t take away from an overall great experience. The CX team helped me exchange the item until it was perfect. Throughout the process they followed up, checked in regularly, and made sure I was happy with the final piece — exceptional service from start to finish.

Their customer service genuinely goes above and beyond. Exceptional items, exceptional support — I’ll definitely be back for more in the future!

Quality is average for the price, nothing special. Returns are essentially impossible, so be prepared to keep whatever you buy—even if it doesn’t meet expectations. Customer service after the sale is extremely poor or nonexistent. I tried multiple times to resolve a return and got no help. I would not recommend this brand or buy from them again

Only reason it’s a four is because shipping is taking longer than expected it said 4 business days it’s been 10 still hasn’t arrived

It's very difficult finding platinum jewelry for men. I stumbled upon Proclamation Jewelry and decided to give it a go. I bought the St Michael platinum pendant. When it arrived I was amazed. Platinum is difficult for jewelers to work with. This piece was high end jewelry. The detail is absolutely amazing! The image is raised and literally I have never seen a finer pendant. I recommend Proclamation Jewelry 💯% . I also want to say the service is just as awesome as the jewelry.
