A very difficult job well done.
This proved to be a much more difficult job than it appeared at first. Darren and his colleague worked very hard to get access to the first blocked drain and then to remove the accumulated mud causing the blockage. The second drain was only slightly less challenging but was also cleared.
Well done both of you.

Further to our email correspondence I again apologies for your disappointing experience and agree with you that you should have at the very least received a courtesy call which in normal circumstances would have been the case. After 15pm on a Saturday our calls are diverted to the covering engineer until 5am on the Monday morning unfortunately the engineer on call out cover this weekend and due to visit the property was taken ill but regrettably did not contact myself or any of the management staff so we could resolve the issue by arranging cover for the remainder of the weekend and rectifying the call divert. By way of apology If you still have the blocked sink problem at the property we can attend today and undertake the works at a 50% discount, we would also further this offer if you have had the problem resolved to a future blockage clearance you may need.
Superb, & very fair rates
This team is superb & very fair rates. Telephone call was answered promptly & Tony was very helpful and accommodating when I explained my problem- blocked drain & overspill. Jay arrived on time and was very efficient, professional and friendly. Thank you guys! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic attitude and workmanship
A fantastic team that found the job far more troublesome than expected. They took it on the chin and charged me what was originally quoted. The job they did was absolutely great and fixed a problem we'd had for 20 years.

Quick and effective response
Quick and effective response to my call when I detected some sewage smell around my front door. They arranged an appointment within a couple of days, they turned up on time and fully resolved the problem (a blocked connection to the main sewer) within an hour. Carried out a free CCTV survey and sent me a report via email with details of my sewer's conditions and some recommendations for maintenance.

I've used these people for more than a…
I've used these people for more than a decade and really recommend them. At the point where you're looking around for someone to unblock your drain you're probably not at your best or thinking straight! Yet unfailingly they arrive, they restore calm, sort out the problem (no sucking in of cheeks), they fix it. Who could ask for anything more? They're great!
