We had fridge delivered today , Rob and Mario did very good job. They were very professional and skilled . The fridge was placed carefully and they made arrangements for cover of our floor. No scratch anywhere, I am so pleased with their job and communication. Very well done, thanks

Greg and Samuel delivered at 6am although the delivery email stated no deliveries before 7am. Old washer was removed for recycling and new washer was installed, however the drum was not emptied before the test wash and the Hoover instruction manual is now mush. Now looking up the manual online.

In comparison to ArrowXL these two guys were amazing. They caused me no stress and my anxieties of them installing my Miele Washing Machine. They removed the old one ArrowXL had installed only two weeks prior and installed the new machine with no problems at all…. Except for the waste pipe ArrowXL had put on the connector and cut the hose to get it to fit. PCG (Ivlian) took it off and the pipe fitted straight on with no issues.
They even turned the machine on and started the initial programme to ensure it was working properly (which it seemed to be).
The sac truck left a dusting of mud on the floor when they left for which he apologised for and caused me no problem to vacuum up. One min later and the floor and rug was as good as new (it all is new).
They were polite and courteous respecting my property at all times.
A credit to PCG as employees and has put my past negative impression of the company to bed.
I would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you

Just had our Haier washing machine delivered within the stated time slot. Greg and Jatander called 30 mins before delivery to give us an exact arrival time.
Washing machine was delivered to my kitchen, unpacked with all packaging taken with them. A great service which is far better than the one I have previously received from Currys etc.

Neil D and Connor O delivered my fridge freezer, they were polite and unpacked the fridge freezer and took it up the stairs, 5 star service, thank you

Wonderful customer service

We had a large fridge freezer delivered today and the men who delivered it were very careful with it, especially as it isn't the easiest access. They took care not to bump anything and put it exactly where we wanted it. They were also punctual, informing us when they were approximately half an hour away. Excellent service from Mihai and Danila G.

Great delivery by Tim C. Rang to tell me he was on the way and for directions. Really helpful and friendly, brought the freezer in and took the packaging away.
I was kept well informed from time of ordering of date and time to expect the delivery.

Driver / technician Vjaceslavs arrived in allocated time slot. Delivered goods (fridge / freezer ordered via Argos). Took great care of property in bringing in and positioning goods and removing old. Gave brief instructions on use. Polite and helpful - could not have asked for any more.

Neil D and Quinn delivered my fridge freezer. Only seen Neil as Quinn was in the van (very difficult road access so may have needed to move).

I was kept informed of delivery and called 15 mins prior to advise they were on their way.
