Easy to order. Bought for my 10 yr old daughter. 3 day delivery from MEL to BNE. Easy to put together out of box-maybe 1 hour. New kick stand is lighter and better than the original one supplied. Probably change the handlebar grips as they are not comfy and change tyres in due course but other than that it’s a great bike.

Beach cruiser
I brought the E-merge ICON beach cruiser 19". I purchased on line and received it within less than a week. It was considerably cheaper than other sites where the same bike was being sold. Rides well, I'm very happy with purchase.

Birthday Bike
I bought the bike for my wife for her birthday. It arrived promptly and was very well packed ensuring no damage in transit. Straight forward assembly and the quality of components and the overall build quality looks good. She was extremely happy and loves her new Progear bike.

The assembly is NOT easy. It took a bike mechanic (an expert in bike repairs) 45 MINUTES to assemble. DEFINITELY NOT EASY TO ASSEMBLE!!!!!!

We appreciate the feedback. There is actually a section just below the price of the item on our website that states that this product requires assembly. It is also mentioned there that we have instruction guides available for installation but an expert bike mechanic is highly recommended if you are not confident with the assembly process.

Parts do not suite the bike. Impossible to install the front wing. Gear switching system was not calibrated. Some gears do not work

Delivery was so fast VIC to WA in 3 days very impressive!!!! I just love my electric bike its so much fun and easy to ride, my little dog fits perfectly in the basket and love going on tour. I found it difficult to put together and video was different to my bike but thank goodness for good friends!!!!
