Great bikes and gear. I’ve ordered it online and it was delivered in a box, it only required a front wheel and a headset fitting. No special tools or knowledge was required, I believe anyone could’ve assembled it with no problems.

I found the biggie bike to be very easy to put together and looks great. I also got updates on the progess of my order, as I was not home at the time of delivery the driver left it in a safe place on my property.

I bought an electric bike and it was delivered very quickly. The only problem I had was with the delivery company because they wouldn't call the phone if you didn't hear the intercom. The manual for assembling the bike isn't that detailed but with a little help I was able to put the front wheel on. I loved the bike, it's perfect for commuting. I've ridden 60 km and I haven't had to recharge the battery yet.
