Highly recommended (10/10). The customer service is very efficient, and the features offered by the program exceeded my expectations. The payment plan, which includes an option for early purchase, is excellent. Without a doubt, this is a service worth recommending.

I really wouldn't even give this a one star my daughter purchased a phone back in July. We called in a couple days after having a phone to convert it from a 12 month plan which would make the phone over $3000 to a 90 day same as cash which would have made the phone right at $1200 after getting the money Debit from my account I called in just to check the balance to see that they say I no longer do
The 90 day program to me I feel like this is a rip off. I feel like they try to get over. I feel like how dare you try to charge me three times with this phone is worth and maybe if I wasn't able to afford the 90 day same as cash that might be an option, but I refuse to be scammed in this way after speaking to one of the representatives she hung up the phone on me. I did speak back with another representative named Alissa that did assist me with a final payoff and I was able to get this resolved beware of scamming companies like this.

I have had an account with this company before. I recently applied with them again using a different bank account. They deny me. The representative tells me that it is the information that was submitted that cause the denial and for me to try back in 30 days. What's the point of me retrying in 30 days if i submit the same information and get another denial. The representative and who ever she is consulting with could not give me the proper information to tell the bank what is needed. This company used to have American representatives that knew what they were doing. I don't know what happened for all these heavy accented people are there answering their phones and don't know how to do their jobs. I won't be applying again ever.

If credit isn’t a factor in this process why are the Customer Service representatives stating that it was due to credit information. Then they tell me it’s banking information. All I know when I had an account a few years ago and there were American speaking people handling the customers I didn’t have this problem. They knew what they were doing and I got my approvals.

My experience with progressive Leasing is great. If you need to move your payment date they will work with you. Or if you have any other issues call them ahead and let them know ahead of time. They are here to help

When you find a good company and develop a good rapport with them you don't have ti look any further. Progressive Leasing has been my go to whenever I need to purchase something and either do nkt have immediate disposable cash or credit. Customer service is great. Very transparent about payment options,and how their service operates. The application process is seamless. The algorithm is easy to follow making it easier for the customer to feel at ease. One thinking about utilizing this service for purchases need to keep in mind if you do not pay off using the "90 day option" you will have to pay off over the entire length of the lease which is 12 months. This is a wonderful available option that allows you to get the things you need if you have less than stellar credit. I totally recommend Progressive Leasing . My past 10 year experience will keep me a returning customer. Thank You Progressive Leasing for being there when I most needed it.

Easily approved and many stores to shop from low monthly payments

I received multiple emails from Progressive Leasing that were written as though I already had an active lease. The emails included lease ID numbers and told me I could “Make a Payment,” view upcoming payments, update my payment method, and manage “my lease.”

Naturally, this concerned me because I did not remember ever agreeing to or signing a lease with Progressive Leasing.

I called Progressive Leasing directly and spoke with a representative, who confirmed that I DO NOT have a lease with them.

That is exactly why I find these emails so troubling. If a consumer does not actually have a lease, communications that provide a lease ID and ask the consumer to manage or make payments on “your lease” can very easily make that person believe they entered into a financial agreement or owe money.

Thankfully, I investigated before clicking anything or making any payment.

I believe marketing should clearly identify itself as an offer, prequalification, or advertisement. It should not make someone who has no lease believe that an active financial obligation exists.

I am sharing this so other consumers who receive similar emails do not panic. Call the company directly and verify whether you actually have a lease before entering payment information or sending money.

I hope Progressive Leasing reviews this communication practice because, regardless of the intention behind it, the wording was extremely misleading and unnecessarily alarming.

Okay, so i've had four loans with them. Paid off every one of them in the 90 days and now the documentation for my address is a concern. Doesn't matter what I send them it's not good enough. So if they do not make money off of you, they do not want to do business with you. Also I sent the same documentation to them when I first started doing business with them. Just had newer dates.

At the time, it's what I needed, since my credit score wasn't great. Using Progressive was like paying cash

They charge to much and they take advantage of people that are going through difficult times.

Zero stars it's terrible customer service. Give you the run around, don't know what they're talking about. Connect you to customer service after customer service. Keep in mind. I have paid them off twice. Never had this problem. All of a sudden, they need all this. Documentation, which make me believe that it's a scam. They ask me for documentations over 3 times every time I call back. They didn't have the documentation, or they needed something else would not. Let me talk to the supervisor made. Excuse for the supervisor do not go to them.

They were very fast with their approval. I ordered my item and it was paid for right away. The payments are a little high. But in the end it will be worth it. Keep up the good work.

Was looking for somewhere to buy tires on a plan. This was the best option for me. I was approved for more than I need and payments are within my range.
