Zero stars it's terrible customer service. Give you the run around, don't know what they're talking about. Connect you to customer service after customer service. Keep in mind. I have paid them off twice. Never had this problem. All of a sudden, they need all this. Documentation, which make me believe that it's a scam. They ask me for documentations over 3 times every time I call back. They didn't have the documentation, or they needed something else would not. Let me talk to the supervisor made. Excuse for the supervisor do not go to them.

This is the second time I have used progressive leasing and I'm a happy and satisfied customer. I first used them for a laptop, the second time my phone. I don't have the best credit this time around, so it was a pleasure to be able to be accepted as an option. Now, I'm aware the interest is rather high, but pros and cons abound. There was a hiccup with my payments where a double charge occured as well as payment dates, and they managed to settle it quickly and efficiently. This is a wonderful service to have when other options aren't available, as long as you make sure that you have the money for the payments, I say utilize this option!! Make sure to talk to them well before 3 days before the payment is supposed to be posted and it's smooth sailing from there.

Progressive Leasing is a great source to have for Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) they allowed me a extension on my 90 days buy out. And allow me a second BNPL AGREEMENT to get more things while yet paying for the first Agreement with a 90 days Buy Out for this Agreement as well. My refrigerator went out and I went to a rental place but by the time they added up everything it would have been way over $2000.00 and it was used. Im seeing the ad pop up i told my husband let me try and i got approved an amount over $2500.00 I went to shop and found one will be delivered Saturday also customer service walk me thru the order on line. They don’t care about taking care of the customers. I accidentally look at more than one loan to compare and they red flagged me. Then they wanted all the personal things about me. I try to talk to someone higher up to expedite it and i kept trying the circles. Very annoying and I will tell everyone to avoid them since they are good at avoiding the customers
