It's an awful experience, I've been waiting more than 21 days and so far no information, no feedback, no guide number, and no answer from their terrible customer service, I've sent E-mail, after E-mail, after E-mail, and I can tell that this feels like a dam scam. Stay far far away from purchasing from this website and avoid getting scammed.

UPDATE: What the hell are you talking about sending an E-mail to your customer service? I´ve done that several times!!!.

FINAL UPDATE: At last I've received the refund of both purchased products from them.

Terrible customer service. After multiple emails sent, there have been no replies at all. Very disappointing.

My package did not arrive on time. However it was delayed because of an address mix up on my part. Honey Bees contacted me and explained the mix up and handle my order with total professionalism. In addition even though it was my mistake they sent an extra gift of matching earings to go with the bee neckless. Hat's off to this formable company doing the right thing.

I ordered two spinning sunflower necklaces on Dec 4th thinking this would be a nice present for me and my best friend cause she loves flowers and names everything Bee since her name starts with B. I knew it was just before the holidays so I wasn’t expecting it to arrive for Christmas, but it’s been a month and I have not even gotten any communication from this company. I got the email with my order receipt and that they received my money but that’s the last I heard from them. No shipping email or update. And I tried to use their Track Order and it always comes up as error. I used their online Contact Us form and I also emailed them directly and I only ever get back an automated email saying my email was received. Not sure how else I’m supposed to get in contact when they aren’t answering their only method of contact.

Outstanding customer service ! I had an issue with a porch pirate and they guided me through each step of the process ! I couldn't have asked for a better experience !

Purchased as a Christmas gift for wife. She loved it and also loved the fact that she can see her “adopted” queen bees location.
Will order from again.

I needed to return my order. They sent me a text saying I need original packaging. It was not open so I sent the pic of original package. They will no longer answer emails.

My wife loves bees so my daughter wanted to gift her mom the necklace for Christmas we ordered it on 12/1/24 and as of 12/30/24 I have not received any communication or update about our order. I sent an email a week before Christmas and not a soul reached out. My daughter has been very upset about the whole situation. Someone at this company needs to make this situation right. You were quick to take the money but have lacked in customer support. You only get one star because the site makes me choose that. I don’t feel this company deserves one star

Ordered a month ago and they won’t respond to my messages to provide tracking. No tracking number and have not received anything. Double checked my shipping info and it’s the same I’ve used for multiple orders through Shop. They took my money, sent me an email, and haven’t sent the earrings. Not very chill 0/10.

UPDATE: After writing this review they reached out to me and overnight shipped my order, received it in time for Christmas which was awesome. Then they emailed me and asked me to remove or adjust this review, I’ve changed it from 1 to 3 stars since they did send me what I ordered. I’m not removing anything I wrote previously because I feel like it would be disingenuous to do that, and it took me like two weeks of attempted communication and a bad review to get a response. I guess the lesson here is if you don’t get your order and you can’t get ahold of them know that they will respond to reviews posted here. The earrings are super cute and arrived in an envelope and a little plastic mesh bag with a sticker and certificate for our sponsored bees.

I thought this would make a wonderful gift for my 84 year old mom that loves bees. Her health isn’t good but I wanted to give her something to put a smile on her face. I even named her Bee after her sister Joy. It should have been delivered on the 12 but is still circling the drain with usps. I have reached out to usps and the project bees company and have gotten no help.

Love this company and their mission! I was weary buying online from
Instagram but the necklace I received was so well made, beautiful and the perfect gift for my friend who is struggling with her life, but is dedicated to saving the lives of bees.

I Wil absolutely bee 🐝 supporting this company and their mission again.

Also noteworthy, I had a questions about my order l and they were prompt with a response, with tracking and moreover, with kindness.

Now I don't exist to them since they got money from me. Never again.

I received the original honey bee necklace as a gift. I get lots of compliments and comments when I wear it. The packaging is adorable also. Fun to give or receive. I honored the friend who gifted it to me by visiting the website and naming a queen be after her.

Beautiful necklaces!! Got them for our four granddaughters, ages 20, 16, 11 and 10. Will look great on all, and naming queens is a bonus! Small issue with delivery, but their excellent customer service resolved it quickly. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely love this necklace. So cute!! I love that it helps the bees.

The necklace is lovely and my wife, an avid gardener, loved it, but the thin chain broke the second time she wore it. This strongly suggests qualy issues, which is disappointing.

UPDATE: The folks at Project Honey Bees made this right. Within a few days after I contacted them about the broken necklace, they sent my wife a new one. I changed my score to top marks -- a company with that kind of customer service deserves it.
