Paul was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He fitted us in quickly due to us being in the process of selling our house. He was able to identify the root cause of the damp which is enabling us to know how to fix it! He also offered advise and to come and speak to builders etc if necessary. He prevented us from spending money on unnecessary works! A really positive experience. Thank you!

From the 1st telephone conversation explained what was required to sending information over in 48hr to agreeing type of survey needed to appointment booked with Estate agent to go carry out survey and 48hr later invoice sent and once paid survey was emailed over plus hard copy in post also on receiving survey I rang and spoke to Paul to ask questions about certain notes on the report explained in full to me

I have used this company twice for surveys and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The reports are so detailed, with lots of photos of things that I did not spot myself when viewing the property.
I am also able to go back and review the first report, even though it was done over 12 months ago. This comes in handy for photos of the roof etc that I wouldn’t have access to otherwise.
