We found the whole process very efficient and competitively priced. Paul was available to advise on the survey required for the type of property we were puchasing. The report was comprehensive and showed defects on the roof which could only have been detected by means of a drone rather than binoculars from ground level. He was very generous with his time and willing to discuss in detail the points raised in the report. We would definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future.

There was clarity about choices of level of survey and what each entailed and covered, we were able to make an informed decision about what we wanted. When we received our survey the level of detail on every point was excellent.
