Sana, Mona and their team are absolutely great at what they do. They go above and beyond to provide appropriate service to their clients. They're very pro-active in nature. We went through them as our Buyer's agents and mortgage brokers, and both the times we were very happy and satisfied with the results. Thanks team.

Thank you Property Twins, Sana and the team have helped us incredibly. Our loans and investments were a stressful mess before we found the Property Twins. Sana was so great to work with, super helpful, explained everything and really worked for us to get the best out of our investments and loans. Sana and her team are the reason we got to buy our new family home. They have saved us alot of stress and money over the last couple of years. The continued support that Sana still continues to provide by checking up on us and also works to get us better interest rates is really above and beyond. We are very grateful we got to work together. Thank you 🙏

We have been dealing with Sana for the last 2 years. Sana and team have abundance of knowledge and experience. They certainly put our interest and needs at the centre of solution provided to us.

Extremely awesome broker. I am fortunate to work with Sana for my 2 loans.
Sana helped restructured my PPR and extract the equity and also helped me on purchasing my investment property.
Sana and her team were always available to help and answers any questions, communication was spot on, everything was promptly answered and actioned.
One year after we settled one of our loan, Sana still maintain in contact and proactively negotiated the interest rate with our bank on our behalf and was able to get some reduction on the the interest rate.
It has been pleasure working with Sana and I highly recommend her.

Property Twins came across as experienced professionals in property domain putting customer at the centre of critical decisions being made.
Sana and Mona helped us navigate our journey towards securing our first property investment and during the process was extremely patient and committed to seek the best options for us be it better loan structure or finding the right property.
Look forward to continuing the association.

Being a first-time property investor, I was having a lot of doubts and confusion about buying interstate. Property twins team made it easy from the very start. From the property selection to inspection, due diligence and explaining the pros and cons of every aspect of the property. This was quite overwhelming just to see how much effort is required in property selection. And all this happening in a hot market.
Once the property was bought the team helped me out in getting a property agent too.

Kudos to the team for doing such a great work and giving me a good start.

I had the pleasure of doing the Property Investors Academy with Sana & Mona in 2022, after many years of intermittent, aimless searching online wondering if I could or should purchase another investment property.
I love that there was no pressure to buy a particular property in a particular location and that you can apply the teachings to suit your own circumstances(budget/location etc).
The teachings are at your own pace and the content is very relevant and easy to access. You will learn to research in places you never knew existed. It is absolutely possible to fit it in around work and family if you make the commitment.
They ask great questions that cause you to reflect on your past choices and how you might change that to achieve your goals moving forward. The weekly online meetings were a great motivator to keep me on track and accountable as well as a great learning tool to be able to share experiences with other members who are on the same journey.
I purchased an interstate property within 4 months of beginning the course, sight unseen. Almost 1 year later, we have a great property manager & tenants in place. Long term, the property will have development prospects as well.
I feel confident I would be able to repeat the process of buying another property with what I have learnt and am so grateful to Sana & Mona for sharing their knowledge. with me.

Its a delight to work with Sana & Mona and their wonderful team. They are totally customer focussed and listen and understand your needs with extreme patience. They have your interest in their hearts and are very diligent at every step.

Total delight to be associated with them. Looking forward for more partnerships in future. Best wishes to Sana & Mona and their team.

I have always had a great experience dealing with Property Twins. Professional, helpful, experienced, great communication and reliable would be few words to describe Property Twins.

We've been using the services of the Property Twins since 2017. As Mortgage Brokers, they have been exceptional in providing advice, securing pre-approvals and attaining good interest rates for our properties. Their research and knowledge of booming and upcoming suburbs as a Buyer's Agency also helped us make a timely investment. We highly recommend the Property Twins.

We engaged Sana to work on our loan requirements. Sana and her team are extremely hard working, professional, transparent and honest. We would strongly recommend Sana and her team to people looking for effective home loan solutions.

San,Mona and the team were always very responsive to our needs through the constantly changing financial environment of September 2022 onward as we sold our own home and attempted to purchase our forever home in a volatile market.
They went the extra distance to secure the right finance for our situation and showed great empathy and a personal touch not often seen from a professional organisation.
Highly Recommended.

I was looking into buying an investment property but was unable to determine what would suit me best. After months of researching and getting nowhere due to excessive information, I came across The Property Twins Investors Academy and reached out.
The prompt replies and honest, well structured information i received from The Investors Academy gave me the confidence to purchase my first investment property, which I purchased using The Twins as my brokers.
The whole process from studying to purchasing was smooth and stress free and I couldn't recommend them higher.

I used Property Twins to find my first IP interstate as I was time poor and had little idea about the state I wanted to buy in - they took the time to understand what I was after before sharing any recommendations with me - the process wasn't rushed and I especially appreciated the step by step walk through and guidance through each part of the buying process as well as the check ins and follow up well after settlement

I definitely recommend giving them a shot for your next property purchase, 6mths on.. my IP is thriving.

Excellent team to provide financial strategies catered based on individual circumstances.. they are highly motivated and knowledgeable with a key focus to strive fantastic customer experience ….throughout the years Mona and her team assisted us to get the possible outcome…

I have been dealing with the Property Twins team for a number of years and they have always been exceptional with the overall end to end process. They really put the effort to understand your individual circumstances and and go through the due diligence process to capture the little details. They have even reached out a few years after the loan process to ensure my accounts are still on the best rates and structures. It’s a great team with lots of expertise and I always feel assured that I will get the best deal and the right outcome. Highly recommended.
