I have generally been satisfied with the products, but the customer service at Proteini.si has become extremely unprofessional. Lately, it has happened to me more than once that I ordered outlet items, only to be told shortly after that they are out of stock—yet the items remained available on their website for days afterward. Even more suspiciously, some of these items magically reappeared for sale just a few days after they were cancelled from my order.

When it comes to refunds, the math never adds up, and loyalty points just disappear. When you still go ahead and place a new order anyway, an unpleasant surprise awaits you – this time, I received an opened box of protein bars where individual bars were actually missing (even though I ordered a full, sealed box at full price). Customer service only offers copy-pasted, empty excuses and refuses to take responsibility. Very disappointed. I strongly advise taking photos of the shipping label with the package weight before opening it so you have proof if anything is missing.

I have been satisfied with this company until now, but this experience has completely disappointed me.

I placed my order almost two weeks ago, and only afterwards was informed that many items were suddenly out of stock. On top of that, the delivery will now arrive almost three weeks after the original order date — and not even as a complete order.

This situation could have been avoided if the stock availability had been properly updated from the beginning. Customers should not have to wait weeks only to find out that a large part of their order cannot be delivered.

They sent me a new invoice with far fewer items than originally ordered, while the missing products were apparently replaced with a free shaker as an apology. While I appreciate the gesture, it is not a replacement for the items that were ordered and paid for.

Customer communication should have been much clearer and more professional regarding stock availability, delivery delays, and refunds.

I am still waiting for confirmation regarding the refund for the missing items.

Very fast shipping to Belgium. I am impressed by their logistics, I made an order on Wednesday afternoon and got my products delivered on Friday morning, so less than 40 hours later, it's remarkable. I am not limited to local stores anymore, which is great as Proteini.si has a wide range of products and competitive prices.

Il sito mi ha mandato prodotti scaduti e qualcuno anche mezzo aperto ....il peggior sito mai usato in vita mia letteralmente da evitare . Mi scrivono per e mail che e normale usarli dopo la scadenza... le bustine di per workout erano tutte secche e una confezione di proteine mezza aperta il sigillo se ne è venuto via da solo . Evitate questi truffatori i prodotti scaduti non si possono vedere e segnalate se avete riscontrato stesso problema
