I am an exchange student with J1 visa, and while I was writing information to get the student health insurance I made several mistakes including my name, the duration of insurance due to my English. I reached the customer service via immediately when I realized I made mistakes. Thankfully they responded kindly and helped me as fastly as they can. I'm very relieved to get the right insurance now.

PSI Insurance is scam. Don't use. claim department is non-existence. Bought insurance and went to the hospital, turns out I don't have insurance, so I paid for nothing. Contact PSI online, cant even reach any of the customer service. Don't use it

Th process of Enrolling for health insurance was smooth and was understandable and if we have any doubts, we were able to solve it in just a call.

Great customer service. My Coverage started recently. So far, everything looks good and smooth. No issues.

I have been enrolled in PSI insurance since my first year at UF, and I have always had a great experience with them. The insurances were always approved by my university and matched all the needs that I had. Also, whenever I bought the wrong insurance that my university did not accept, the cancellation was very easy and fast (the entire process was made by Karla, who was very professional and quick), and I the full refund was approved.

So far, I can only speak about the application process, as my contract has not been finalized yet.
I'm really happy with the customer support—Karla went out of her way to message and call me about an issue with my contract and resolved it within a day. Everything was clearly explained and easy to follow, so for now, I can fully recommend this insurance.
