This company are scammers. Do not trust them with you hard earned cash. Buy from Amazon.

Soft, fluffy, and seems to soothe my cat’s nerves during storms.

Compact but powerful, handles litter box smells with ease.

We breathe easier, and our home smells cleaner.

Do not buy from this company….. big time scammers….. they don’t accept returns and the quality is horrible!!! I still don’t have my items and I have spent over $80. They try to give you a $150% credit and the items get lost in delivery some how-going to report them…

Falsely advertised products over priced then when you want to return because it’s not what stated on there page they do all they can NOT to return/refund you so your left with crap that doesn’t work and a money off to purchase even more crap that doesn’t work or isn’t was it says it is website is fraud and joke

Although we had to give the beds to a shelter, I could not have asked for better customer service. You followed through immediately on all requests and I appreciate that so much. Good luck to you in the future.

great product, our boy struggles with bright sunlight so the doggles are a must, fit really well. Delivered on time, thanks

I didn't realize I had provided the incorrect apartment number until they got in touch with me. I'm so happy they checked again before sending.

Ticks are a nightmare here in upstate NY. Since putting this on my German shepherd, we’ve seen zero fleas and she’s been running through tall grass daily.

It gets really hot where we live in Texas. The cooling mat has become my lab mix's bed. no longer overheats as much after walks. Fantastic purchase.

Fun, interactive toy that keeps my pets active and happy.

Brought a xl bed arrived after 2 weeks,
Very poor quality ask to return under consumer right, there website page says return within 100 day .
Wouldn't accept a return offered a credit note
not acceptable after a number of email
They would refund if I took the bed to a dogs shelter.
Found out company in Hong Kong promising everything delivery nothing buyer beware

It is a lifesaver during heat waves, and my dog lies on it all summer long on a cooling mat.

Love the weatherproof woollen jacket it looks so well made & keeps my Jack Russell Teddy warm he loves his new jacket wears everyday 😀

Every time we go for a walk, my dog receives praise for being both fashionable and useful.

My street name was misspelled, but their customer service flagged it and helped me fix it before shipping. Really appreciate it.

PupsDream I have been ordering from for over 12 months now. I have not had a bad product. Ordering is simple and delivery is quick, the packaging itself has always been in tact. I have ordered blankets, beds, collars to help prevent fleas, mites and ticks and recently their pet nail filing which I have to admit is a god Scent it is the best machine I have ever used. My 3 bullbreeds absolutely love the product and I have recommended this company to my dog trainer and various family and friends all of whom have commented to me how impressed with this site and there genuine love for our animals. I shall definitely continue to support PupsDream as I feel a company like this with genuine positive reviews can help change peoples minds and their pets overall happiness 😊 thank you for everything PupsDream from myself and my 3 bullbreeds ❤

My dogs love these beds! I was skeptical when I opened the package plus we have tried so many different dog beds - but these are truly special. My old guy tries to drag the bed around the house to have it with him and Sleeps very deeply when he is in it. Highly recommend!
