I can't speak highly enough of the team at Pureada. Wendy Gwen and all the team are thoroughly committed to making everything go smoothly. They have the local knowledge and fluency in Turkish to make sure nothing is lost in translation. My trip to Turkey was for a hair transplant procedure that also featured on the RTE documentary Sun Sea & Scalpels. I'm confident that this company was chosen in order to show that the significant numbers of people are not having problems at all. My trip was smooth end to end and just over 6 months later the hair is looking great! ...if I say so myself :))

Yes, l am writing this review without wearing glasses or contact lenses, l feel like a miracle has occurred. I had been interested in having eye lens replacement done for a number of years and as it is pretty expensive to have done in Ireland, l had started a Savings plan. I figured that l should have enough saved by the end of 2024. Anyway, while in Turkey 🇹🇷 on holidays with my husband ( he was having extensive dental work completed with Pureada's Dental partner which he is really happy with ) l was soaking up the sun and relaxing. One afternoon myself and my husband were at Pureada's offices meeting Wendy and the team and l noticed that they help facilitate Eye Lens Replacement Surgery. My contact lenses nearly popped out of my head so l asked Wendy and Gwen for more information. The cost was considerably less expensive than having the surgery in Ireland and the Ophthalmologist that they have partnered with comes highly recommended as the team visit him for their eye care themselves and have also used him to carry out lens replacement surgery.
So to cut a long story short l decided to go for a consultation and then make a decision from there. I was accompanied to the clinic by two members of the team, Tuncay ( who is Turkish and speaks perfect English ) and Janet ( who is English and speaks excellent Turkish ) they stayed with me throughout the consultation. I discovered during the consultation that l has astigmatism in both eyes but l was a suitable candidate for the surgery. The surgery is quick, it takes 10 - 15mins per eye. After asking all the questions l needed to ask and having been given details of what the surgery involves l decided to go ahead with it.
My right eye was done one day, the following day l had a check up with the Ophthalmologist and once he was happy with the results of the first eye he went ahead and did my left eye. I was given an aftercare programme and a prescription for eye drops. Janet and Tuncay were not allowed into theatre for obvious reasons but both were waiting outside theatre for me each time. Again they ensured that l was feeling ok and addressed any concerns or questions that l had. I had a final check up two days later and all was looking good.
I am now about 7 and a half weeks post surgery. It can take up to 12 weeks or more for the eyes to fully settle. Once back home Wendy contacted me a number of times and continues to do so to ensure that l'm doing well and have no issues.
I had been wearing glasses the past 12yrs and just never got use to them.
I am so happy to be able see again without glasses it has given me back such freedom. I'm hoping on my next holiday to maybe go snorkeling.
Eye surgery is a big step to undertake no matter where you have the surgery carried out but l can honestly say that l felt very well looked after by Janet and Tuncay and Wendy and Gwen and the fact that they could personally stand over the Ophthalmologist as they had used him themselves.
If thinking of having the treatment done it is really important to follow the after care programme and do what the surgeon advises. It is also really important to manage your expectations and be realistic about the level of vision you may gain after surgery. I don't have bionic vision after the surgery but my sight is at least 80% better than what it was before surgery. I can read and text really well, my distance vision is a whole lot better than what it was but l don't have 20 20 vision but then again l never did have 20 20 vision. All l can say is l am really happy with the results, the treatment and the personal care that l received from Wendy and the team. I would absolutely stand over and recommend Pureada if you are thinking if having this treatment done.

I had some dental work carried out and can only sing the praises of both Pureada and their chosen dental partner. The whole process was simple and I couldn't have asked for better care throughout. There was no pressure or hard sell to book the treatment and I was given the time I needed to make my mind up. I consulted my dentist at home both before and after the treatment and they have confirmed the quality of the treatment I received. Pureada continued with their aftercare post treatment and I have been delighted with the exceptional care I have received. I have already recommended Pureada to friends and family and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Research, research and research again!!! I have had two procedures carried out with Pureada and will go back again next year for another. When you deal with Pureada you feel like a friend and trust them like family. The Pureada team research every professional they partner with and that gives me great comfort. Everything about both procedures was explained in detail, no surprises, no hidden costs. Gwen looked after me for my eye lift surgery and Janet for my tummy tuck. Both ladies we in constant communication with me letting me know when, where and how every step of the way. They are both amazing ladies. Firstly I would like to state that this review is real and honest. I have read so many on trust pilot over the last 3 months myself and would like to make it clear straight away that it's a real one your reading. I availed of their services to have a hair transplant. I was already in KUSADASI in Turkey getting dental work done but wanted to have a local consultation for my hair. I contacted them-and within 24 hours was having my consultation with a hair clinic. My consultation brought up an issue in that I have a heart condition. They arranged a next day appointment with a cardiologist where I was given the green light to go ahead with my transplant. Then over the several days they picked me up and dropped me off to the hair clinic and my hotel. I was brought to a chemist for my medications and 3 more days worth of aftercare to prep me for my flight home in a few days time. Everything has been done right during this period. I was first brought to their offices where I was introduced to Mete, Gwen, Jane and Tuncay.

I was introduced to the plan of action on how to get everything done.
The total cost and of all of it.
And then journey started.

That journey as I said took 4 to 5 days of pick ups and dropoffs with continual WhatsApp contact throughout.

Clear and easy communication every day. They had to juggle with my dental appointments with the other company but kept me on track with my transplant. If you know anything about a hair transplant, let me tell you that the first 48 hours after it, you feel pritty sore. Having not to think about anything other than what time I was going to be picked up was really really comfortable. Now if I can mention the reason I am taking the time to write this review. They are really nice people! I enjoyed their company, I saw how hard they worked and I appreciated the conversations they naturally shared about themselves and it took a lot of pressure off me as I navigated through my treatment. Jane has been the researcher finding out about cardiology and my condition to find the right consultation. My daily contact in Pureada has been Tuncay Cetin.
He has been the most warm and enjoyable company during are waiting periods in the clinic. Tanslating everything clearly making sure what I had to say was relayed exactly as I wished all the time with causal confidence. If like me you need to feel you have your t's crossed and your i's dotted then I highly recommend Pureada for their professional capability and their genuine pleasant attitude. 👌

From Start to finish my experience with Pureada was amazing, all of the staff that I crossed paths with gave me the most incredible information and advice I needed. The care giving by Janet was next to none and personally couldn’t be more grateful for all Pureada have done for me and continue to do for me over a year later.

I visited Turkey in August 2023 with my daughter for some dental work and a holiday. The PureAda team looked after us so well during our 3 visits to the dentist. The carers that came with us were great translators and made us feel well supported through the work. Both my daughter and I were delighted with the work we had done at a fraction of what it would have cost in Ireland. Thank you to Gwen and the Pureada team.

I cant Express my gratitude to the whole Pureada Team! They're like one big family and have changed my life so incredibly!
I have always struggled with my weight due to PCOS and I was told over and over again by doctors in Ireland that the only way for me to control my PCOS was to lose weight. After the pandemic, my weight just ballooned and I was so unhappy and depressed. I made the decision to go to Turkey through Pureada and it was the best decision of my life! I was sleeved march 2023 and since then I have lost over 9 stone! From the moment we landed in Izmir we were greeted and taken to the hospital where I was greeted by the lovely Joanne and Janet. Throughout my hospital stay they never left my side and went above and beyond to keep me calm and comfortable! I then met Gwen and Dave back at the most stunning hotel i have ever stayed in and my family that came with me were treated like royalty and stayed in the most Beautiful suite with exceptional views! Dave and Gwenwere both so lovely and supportive and constantly on hand when needed! I have kept in touch with Dave to this day and their constant support is just amazing! I cannot thank the Pureada Team enough for helping me turn my life around, I will be eternally grateful! I was so down about my weight I’d always been overweight but it had gotten worse. So after another year of yo yo dieting I went to my doctor in March 2022 who basically told me with the way my metabolism was the only option left for me was a gastric sleeve. My weight was just going to continue getting worse and worse and I wanted my life back.

I straight away start looking into Turkey for wls and researched a couple of places, pureada was the one that I kept coming back to, sinead spoke so highly on social media about them and a few other girls I followed had also went to them.

From the second I messaged them they couldn’t have been any more helpful, I was so nervous arriving and even the accomodation from the airport was a luxury, we were greeted by two lovely women Joanne and Janet, Janet was with me for the whole process and what a woman she is, I’ve never felt more looked after having her around.

The team really go out of their way from when you first book to here a year later making sure you have the best experience possible. Gwen and Davut went through everything I needed to know for the next few months after my surgery and honestly I couldn’t recommend a better company to go with.

You can tell from this team and the aftercare process how much they care about each one of their clients, celebrating every milestone no matter how big or small, they’ve been by my side through the whole process and I can’t thank them enough for not only the physical change but the mental change. I now have control back over my life and it’s all thanks to Pureada

Wendy was my first point of contact regarding my teeth I was sceptical going to Turkey to get my teeth done we have all heard the bad stories but mine is certainly not one of those . It was Wendy who made my decision very easy to finally take the plunge I have been considering it for years . Every step of the way she kept me informed and her staff on the ground were very thorough as well . Since I came home I had some queries and she still responded very quickly and helped me resolve my issues .
I have booked to go back in September and Wendy has already booked me in with the Dentist to get my implants finished also Pureada’s dental partner Dentasey need to be praised for there professionalism and attention to detail they were very thorough and the practice was very modern

It's been a year since my Gastric Sleeve. This has been the best year since I had my daughter 26 years ago.
I'm down 5st 9lb and I couldn't be happier.

Well we’re do I start? So I had breast augmentation and uplift last month with Pureada, from start to finish the experience was wonderful. The team are so professional helpful and knowledgeable, this gives great comfort. I would highly recommend for any surgeries. Since my surgery the aftercare is what’s important, they contact me regularly and really do care about each individual. A big shout out to Janet who was amazing and was with he the whole time. From start to finish my dealings with Pureada were fantastic. I had dental work done in May 2022 and was dealing with Wendy from the get go. She was extremely professional and helpful and provided me with all the information I needed and was available to answer any questions I had. When arriving in Turkey all was straight forward and seamless. I was collected and returned to my accomodation after each dentist visit . The dental clinic was spotless clean in a new building with new & modern systems again all staff were professional and friendly. Post procedure again Pureada and Wendy were on hand for any questions I had and did follow ups with me to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend Pureada as your procedure partner in Turkey as they went above and beyond .
