I urge you to refrain from investing even a single penny into this abhorrent 'company'. Their deceit knows no bounds as they distort the truth in every product they peddle. Their deceitful practices distort every aspect of what they offer. They lure you in with promises of a dream, only to drain your finances and plunge you into utter despair. Our experience with them was nothing short of torment – we faced relentless bullying and harassment, leaving us financially crippled, with tens of thousands of pounds lost."

I implore you to watch the recent Panorama documentary exposing the predatory sales tactics of companies such as this. We refuse to surrender our finances and vow to battle them tooth and nail until justice is served. Additionally, please consider signing the online petition advocating for the regulation of this industry, preventing these malevolent entities from wreaking havoc on more lives.

Do NOT buy a holiday home from these people. You might as well throw your money into the river. Over inflated price's and if you decide to sell they will either offer you a fraction of your purchase price after only a year, or offer you nothing and leave it to sell privately, but take 15% plus vat on your sale.

Ground rents are high
And go up each year with no justification or improvements to show for its increase. Gas is sold at premium (full retail) no discount at all.

In the 7 years we have been under their ownership they put nothing back into the site, trees unsafe and unkept, branches falling on lodges and statics, unkept roads which they refused to sand when iced up in winter, they ignore emails.

The new owners have achieved more in 5 weeks than pure leisure did in 12 years.
the site is already looking far better, cleaner, lighter and the trees are being cared for and damaged ones cut down.

If you buy to rent, the only people who will make money on your rental will be them, they take a booking fee, and a % of your income, cleaning fee, and everything has to be done through them, but breakages fixtures and fitting you are responsible for,
Read the small print very carefully.

Note, they are that ruthless that they have just sold one of their sites, and didn’t even have the courtesy to inform his loyal long term employees.

We stayed on the 18th August for 3 nights but we’re appalled by the accommodation as we were lead to think we were staying on the main site overlooking the lake.
On booking the lodge when we arrived we were sent to a caravan which was off site.
The lodge we booked and the price we payed was not suitable for what we believed we had booked online.

The website does not mention or stipulate that some of them are across a main road and are 2 minute walk offsite.
We spoke with the reception desk and the only lodges that were available to go into with a hot tub were unavailable. The reason booking the lodge was for my sister as a surprise and to relax in the hot tub. We were told there was a lodge on the main site but with no hot tub and a further cost of £90!
As we were very disappointed we paid it, but again the website on booking did not state it was off site and as small as expected, along with it being a caravan.
We were offered no refund & having to pay more upset our stay.
Paying over £700 for a 2 bedroom lodge for 3 nights which is like a caravan is outrageous!!

Appalling!! Deferred my booking for 2 years due to COVID which I happily waited for. 3 days before my booking I called to explain my wife was dying of terminal cancer and had broken her hip so couldn’t travel, could I have a refund or rearrange my booking. Their response…..we can extend your booking by 1 week! Wow, don’t know what planet they’re from but the last I was aware of someone who is inoperable due to terminal cancer can’t re-grow a hip in a week! Zero compassion, only want your money.
