I'm glad that I decided to buy our purple leaf umbrella and stand with wheels. It was fairly easy at age 69 with some help with my wife to install everything. You get what you pay for....excellent quality!!! We love it and highly recommend purple leaf products.

good and responsive customer support
good and responsive customer support. The package for the items for the gazebo were beat to hell but the items were well protected. I did get one of the panels with a bent and chipped paint on it but after contacting customer support they did take care of it.

Exceeded my expectation!
Excellent product, amazing customer service. I had never heard of this company and was hesitant to purchase, but SO GLAD I DID. The outdoor table and chairs exceeded my expectations, it looks even better in person. It had a slight scuff mark on one of the chairs so they sent me touch up paint to repair. Looks great, so so happy!

These are the best Umbrellas ever. I have 3 11' cantilever and they never fail during strong Arizona wind gusts. Two are anchored in the ground and one stands tall with the water filled ballasts solution.

14x20 gazebo
The gazebo arrived within a week. One box was damaged in transit and they let me know they were sending another. All parts for gazebo were in boxes (8) total. No missing parts and the two guys I hired to install it said it was a lot of fun putting it together 😳😂 I love the gazebo! Curtains are heavy duty and really help block the wind!

Gazebo is beautiful!! We ordered a 14x16 and received it very quick. We are very happy with this product. One small problem was missing a part which delayed our assembly but that came pretty quick too. I would recommend this Gazebo to others.

I am frustrated with your customer service. When I have a problem with an order I want to be able to speak with a representative not wait until someone takes the time to return an email. I ordered a cantilever umbrella with a base and have gotten no base and no tracking information for the base

Regarding your order, cantilever umbrellas and their bases are often shipped from different warehouses in separate packages, which can result in different delivery dates.

We needed new material after 7 years of use and was able to purchase the material to renew our umbrella. Bonnie the representative was very helpful in expediting our order and was helpful in installation of the material which was easy to install thanks to the video provided in a linkin an email. Very happy with this company.

The customer service is amazing
The customer service is amazing. They stayed in contract once we placed an order until we put the gazebo together. Unfortunately after we put it together we had a terrible storm that almost destroyed the gazebo. We reached out to the company and they got us all the parts we needed to put it back together. They continued to follow up with us until we had it all back together. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely always use them.

Amazing company! I asked if they would hold a shipment for us…we’re snowbirds and wouldn’t be at our winter house in Arizona until after the holidays. They said they would and then contacted us before shipping to make sure someone would be here to accept package(s). We had our 14x 28 gazebo up (with the help from a few friends) in 3 days. It’s beautiful. All the parts were there as advertised. No issues at all. It’s a great addition to our backyard! Thank you Purple Leaf!!
