No more customer service department....
I've been a loyal and frequent Quadratec customer for 25 years. I can only guess that they have completely disbanded their customer service department. I recently ordered a $330 tire. After 6 weeks of no delivery or updates, and no response to multiple inquiries, I called on the credit card company to refund what is now a fraudulent charge. Still no response from Quadratec. I'm done with these folks.
Customer service is non-existent
Customer service is non-existent. after a month no tracking just "ships from third party". I tried to cancel my order several times no confirmation. I ordered same item from Amazon and got it in 5 days.
False advertisement
This company is using big discount sales on ads then not honoring them on the website. A real bait and switch.

Their checkout vendor (Shop) changed the delivery address after I paid. I contacted customer service immediately and received no response. They shipped my order anyway. There was no way to cancel or change my order after I received the confirmation email. I won't risk ordering from them again.
They need improvement...
They appear to offer a wide variety of parts and accessories, which is great. However, their customer service and expectation management leave a lot to be desired.
I placed an order of roughly $1,200 for two different products for our JK. One item arrived fairly timely, but after two weeks there was still no update on the second item—no email, no text, just silence. When I checked the order status, it showed the item as backordered. This was confusing because at the time of purchase it showed “in stock,” and even now the website still lists the item as “in stock.”
Trying to get clarification was also frustrating. The only way to contact customer service is through email—there’s no phone or chat option. While I did receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, it didn’t provide any meaningful information. There was no estimate for when the item might be back in stock or when it might ship.
To be clear, I completely understand that supply chain issues and inventory shortages happen. What’s frustrating is the lack of communication and transparency. Keeping customers informed would go a long way in helping them make timely decisions.
This company has potential, but they really need to improve communication and customer service.

Money hungry company
My own fault for not checking return policy. Bought a part that was incorrect, chose the option to exchange for correct part instead of refund. Was told couldn’t exchange because part numbers were different even though the correct part is same price, they could only issue refund. Sticking me with the return shipping cost and a week of waiting for refund. Sure they have your jeep parts, but clearly money hungry and value the price tag over it’s reputation.
Avoid this company
Go to any other company out there but this company. We ordered a shifter for a 2015 jku with six speed the original shifter was shipped to us wrong the second one doesn't allow proper engagement keeping in mind this is a Jeep with a brand new clutch and a brand new transmission done at the same time and they're trying to tell us that it's not their part but if we put the factory shifter back in it works just fine. Called customer service was told I would be called back the following day they never called. If you look at the internet this company has poor customer service reviews and poor product reviews. By your products from somewhere else

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Defective Soft Top
Dear Quadratec Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I have received. I purchased a soft top for my Jeep, and upon delivery, I discovered that the top had a tear and the metal frame did not close properly.
I initially contacted your company and spoke with Kimberly, who assured me that the issue would be resolved and that she would call me within a week. However, when I called again, Juanita informed me that the issue was not their responsibility, but rather that of the manufacturer.
A week later, I spoke with Kimberly once more, and she indicated that it was not their responsibility and that she would get back to me by the end of the day. Unfortunately, she did not follow up. I then requested to speak with a supervisor, and I was told that the supervisor would call me, but I have yet to receive that call.
It is truly unfortunate that Quadratec provides this level of service, and I hope that this matter can be resolved promptly.

Weeks and Still No Refund!
Unfortunately, I have made my last Quadratec order. I have been a customer for years. From parts to enhance my first ever jeep, a '89 XJ to upgrades for my current JT... I've bought it all. I have even used Quadratec for certain parts for my '79 CJ7, but no longer. I recently bought a product on their site. Price was listed, added to cart, purchased, it was shipped... and then that's where the story goes sour. I never received my product, and not because Fedex lost my package, but because the shipping was purposefully reversed by the company. It was redirected back to the warehouse after shipping.
Apparently Quadratec made a mistake when posting the product and reversed the order. I still do not have a refund or a product. They followed it up with an email saying that it was their fault and that offered a small giftcard. I do not want a giftcard, I want what I ordered. I have been a business owner my entire adult life. If we as a company make a mistake it is on us, not the customer. Business is about doing what's right for your clients, and now that I know we are not cared for at Quadractec I will have to order elsewhere, and encourage my Jeep community to do the same.
Horrendous customer service
Horrible company. Zero communication and zero customer service.
When you buy stuff you expect them to print a shipping label and put your stuff in a box and ship to you.
This company takes your money and then ignores you.
Will not order from them again
Shipping and variety are excellent. However, i never got a receipt for my $2000 purchase, no confirmation email, no communication regarding the gift card being sent 30 days later. Something is off wity this company, so I may not order anything expensive from them again since there is no trust that they can deliver “normal” or “industry standard” customer service/sales process. Its very odd.
Order never shipped
It's been over a month and I'm still waiting on my "in stock" purchase to arrive. I have called and verified my order and was told they would look into it and send tracking information. Neither that nor my order ever arrived.
False Advertising / Misleading Practices
They list on their site "ships same day if ordered within XX hours" but even their CSRs say this isn't true at all and they "have no control on when their OEMS ship" and can provide no tracking for. Coincidentally, the shipper was MOPAR (what kind of jeep supplier can't get tracking from MOPAR???). After waiting 3 weeks on an order that was supposed to ship same day, I canceled and ordered from MOPAR directly. Guess what - it shipped that same day and I immediately got a tracking number. So not only did Quadratec provide extremely poor service but they also misled me and lied several times. I will never do business with these liars again.
Pay for a Return
Ordered door Molle's for the front and back. The rear seat units do not fit with a cargo dog carrier. I have to pay for the return when the description does not state that the molle's will not fit with a cargo dog. Been a faithful user for over 4 years. This will be my last purchase with them.
Disappointingly Poor Service
Quadratec has become disappointingly poor at delivering items and customer service.
I've used it for years, for parts for my "84 CJ and have been finding recently that items do not arrive or to be delayed for months. Further, there is no communication about when things will arrive; and when you call they simply state we will contact the vendor and let you know... It seems that no one cares or is interested in assisting customers, which wasn't my experience a few years back.
The reliable site Quadractec once was, has now become very unreliable.
HORRIBLE.... I won't be ordering from them again that's for sure... and I recommend you don't either.
It's been a week ago today that I placed my order... took them 4 days for it to leave their facility after ordering... only rating them a 1 because I can't rate them zero.... I run a business and buy automotive parts everyday from multiple vendors.... never in my 40+ years being in this business have I remembered a supplier taking 4 days to get a part shipped out the door... HORRIBLE.... I won't be ordering from them again that's for sure... and I recommend you don't either.

I ordered a bazel boot for my jeep wrangler, went through the entire process to make sure it fit my jeep model. Received the package and it was not the right fit. I had to contact them to be able to return the item. Paid $77 and some change for the bazel, they told me I would only receive $64 of that total back and then I also had to pay $15 to ship the item back!
I think the whole company is a scam
I think the whole company is a scam. Has no stock, drop-ships everything. All reviews are generated by Quadratec. The whole site is fake...totally BS.
