Was searching for a similar product and was so delighted to find the exact same M&S trousers listed on this website, in my size and at a great price. Site really difficult to navigate today
There are some good bargains to be had from this site, but I found it too difficult to use today. Despite setting filters repeatedly, I was being shown masses of items I had not asked to see. The struggle to find what I wanted was just not worth it.

Can highly recommend
The items for sale are not seconds yet the prices are amazing. I only discovered the Quality Brands outlet recently when I purchased a beautiful Seasalt River Cove dress at a fraction of the recommended retail price. I have since made further purchases.
My orders have always arrived within 7 days or less. I’m impressed and will continue my custom with them.

fake product advertised incorrectly as M&S
the purchase was advertised as M&S however it was a look alike and did not have m&s branding either. the quality and finishing of the product was different and not as good as a previous one i had bought from M&S last season.

We are a retailer of Ex High Street products and this was stated in the listing and description that the internal labels will either be removed or black penned. This is for legal reasons and to prevent returns to the original high street store.
If you were disappointed with your purchase, then it's always nicer to contact the seller so we could try and resolve the problem before leaving a review. We do offer returns and exchanges and will always try our best to put things right.

Deliberate mislabelling
Ordered pair of size 10 jeansSent pair of size 12 jeans with size blanked out. Tried emailing just bounced back as undeliverable. Tried Facebook messenger had reply saying was 10 with waist size 27 inches. Asked me to measure, this I did was 29inches ie size 12. Replied to this fact and have had no subsequent reply. Have waited 3 days before giving this review.

We're sorry to read your review. We're unsure why you or us had issues receiving your messages. Our email is operational 24/7 and the team here work Monday to Friday and normally respond within 24 hours (more often quicker).
We did receive a batch of M&S jeans which the factory had mislabelled. We therefore re-sized the garments against the M&S size templates which we know very well. However, as this was a manual measuring process, and we are human, we can make mistakes.
We do apologise if you did not get a reply, this will not have been on purpose but only through systems issues on one side or the other. We don't actually monitor our Facebook Messenger which has now been added to our list of contacts to monitor thanks to your message.

Would not buy from again as ignored the email and call regarding a defective dress
Bought a dress for my daughter for work which looks like a second. It had pulls on the body and the piping has a defect. I emailed the email given, no response. I rang and left a message with all the details and no contact. All she wanted was an exchange for the same one without the issues.

Wrong size
I ordered a size 8 (the tags said size 8) but the jeans that arrived were huge with a waist of 30 inches. However once I contacted the customer services they were quick to send out a returns bag and another pair. It was all very efficient and timely.
