Carhartt or 'Carhartt'?
I purchased a Carhartt WIP jacket reassured that I was purchasing a genuine item at a great price considering how expensive Carhartt items are usually. Upon receiving the item I was initially sceptical about the quality, but again believed I was purchasing from a reputable organisation. I didn't wear the jacket much at first, however it is now clear to me from the quality of the garment, and from seeing other genuine jackets of the same style that this is not a genuine Carhartt product. I have contacted Quality Brands but they have not responded to my emails.

As for the Carhartt product you received, we have no doubts that it is genuine Carhartt, we work hard to protect our brand and reputation and do not want to get associated with counterfeit or bad quality items. Without knowing more detail it's hard to respond in-depth but please be reassured that we do take all feedback on board and try our best to deal with issues.

High Rise? Naaah!
Looking at the image of the trousers on the model on the website, it didn't look high rise, but I chose to make excuses for the company, convincing myself that it may have been the angle of the shot. I tried on the trousers and surprise surprise they are at best mid-rise or somewhere between low and mid! Also, it was jeans design + stitches but the fabric isn't denim.
Positives: 1. The product arrived on time. 2. The colour was true to description.
