Would highly recommend getting David for your new home inspection.He was punctual, very polite and very thorough. He picked up a lot of snags that we wouldn't have noticed. He was a pleasure to deal with and will pass his details onto friends or family who are buying a new property.

David was very responsive and flexible to my request for a snagging report on a new build I had bought. The developer said that the report would only raise cosmetic issues, but in fact it raised crucial fire safety issues that needed to be addressed before moving in.

Would highly recommend. David completed the survey on my house, after a year of me being in.
