From the first conversation, they were professional, guided us through the process and the whole sale was hassle free. Importantly, for us, after they'd made a formal offer everything took eight days and the money was in the bank.
Using their recommended Solicitor made it easy because they knew what was expected for a fast turn around and they covered the cost. As a private investment company there were no estate agents fees, so we received what they offered without any fees or deductions.
This is our first experience of selling in this way and it worked for us.

Looks Like they don’t Like the truth being said.
I can’t get into it as they will throw there dummies out the pram and try to silence the poor Reviews.
I would advoid at all costs, they massively under value the property in order to Sell it off quick.
It states on there Website around 82% of market value but that’s a lie, they will market it below the value and give you the Price based on this, whilst gloating about there 12 Million pounds in available Funds.
You end up with a massive loss and they end up with thousands.
In our specific circumstance we were let down last min and was looking at loosing everything.
We had little choice to go with there insulting offer.
They will come back about how quick they can complete (was quick to be fair) and how transparent they are about offering lower prices.
As mentioned they pray on the desperate and will offer there 82% based on a lot lower valuation then its worth.

This company is rubbish. I was informed I would receive a formal cash offer 48 hours after the local estate agent’s visit. It’s been over a week. No further contact received from them.

Sadly it turned out how I was expecting but I had hoped the good reviews on here would have proved me wrong! I knew they would be under 20% market value etc. had expected a much lower offer but even though local agents and the agent quick move instructed valued the property at £215, an offer of £135 is quite an insult and zero explanation as to why quick move valued it so much lower than all 3 local estate agents plus properties on the same rd also being valued well over £200. Just time wasters sadly, with possibly fake reviews on here to entice people. Stick to the normal sales route if you can.

Great communications from start to finish. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing to sell a property quickly. They paid all expenses even my solicitor fees.

Process was really easy there was a larger reduction from the original quote to the agreed amount but they didn't then come back with further reductions later in the process like some companies do! So easier to manage, much easier than having loads of viewings and wasted time also able to work to your dates which is great overall if you want a quick and manageable move.

After marketing a rental property for sale over the winter for 6 month, with viewings but no offers, we needed to find an alternative solution, as the council tax would double later in the year, and we were still paying the utilities and insurance costs.
After considerable investigation Quick Move Now Ltd, seemed a plausible solution.
From our initial contact to the completion of the sale was 29 days, this included the Easter Bank Holidays. Each contact we had with the company whether on the phone, or by email, was extremely professional.
The solicitors they provided were exceptional.
Did we receive significantly less than it was originally marketed for- Yes
Was the verbal offer reduced following the actual valuation- Yes but was justifiable. However overall within the percentage range they advertise.
If you are looking for a quick solution, and not hyper focused on what you think the paper value of the property is, but know what you need to get out of it, this may well be the solution for you, that it was for us.
The critical question is would we use them again? and the answer has to be yes.

Rhys emailed me a formal offer which was more than I expected after reading negative reviews of other companies. I was expecting a stupid amount and me walking away but I was pleasantly suprised. You will take a large financial hit of course as they need to make a profit but it was worth it for me. We had the survey done and I was waiting for them to find an excuse to drop the price but nope..they sent a courier with the contract for us to sign in readiness for exchange then Ricky the solicitor emailed us to say the money had been paid into our account which was the same as the formal offer. If you need a quick sale I wouldn't hestate in recommending Quick Move Now. They are professional, trustworthy and stick to the original offer price. It's a shame the shady companies out there give the honest ones a bad name. These guys are fantastic.

I needed to sell to relocate and wanted speed and privacy so I could just focus on my moving plans. I also didnt want the risk and dependencies of a chain. There is a financial hit obviously but if you can afford to take it I would personally recommended QMN above any other. The validation was robust and there no last minute lowballing with the offer.

Quick simple and painless from start to finish.
Didn’t want the grief of estate agents, viewings and negotiation, being in a sale chain etc. I did that on two previous house moves and wanted a modern alternative this time. Did plenty of online research and checks including companies house to ensure Quickmovenow were legitimate.

We found Quick Move Now very professional, flexible and transparent. This was in stark contrast to estate agents and various ‘buyers’ who had let us down. This resulted in us needing to bring in QMN who we were wary of initially. They were excellent - Rhys Luke in particular is a highly skilled communicator and very easy to deal with. It goes without saying that QMN will take a sizeable chunk of the equity on your home, and value it at the lower end of the scale, and that is difficult to come to terms with. But when we factored everything in, including no solicitor fees and other savings, for us it came to about 15 - 18% of the equity that went to QMN.

It’s noticeable that most of the negative reviews are from people who didn’t go ahead with QMN for one reason or another - we really couldn’t fault them. So if you are in a difficult situation and can take the financial hit, I wouldn’t hesitate.

I cannot recommend Quickmove enough. I was guided through the process with everything explained in detail. Don't expect full market price as an offer but it saves the hassle of waiting months to sell your house and costs associated with it. They are great company and would recommend their service without hesitation. My experience has been excellent.
