Time wasters. Went to the trouble and expense of organising a local estate agent to come and price the property and then wouldn't take or reply to my follow up phone calls let alone provide me with an actual offer! Save yourself the headache and don't bother with this lot.
* Ammendment. I did receive a phonecall after I posted this review and did receive an apology and a token for the radio silence so maybe it was a misunderstanding? Either way I did get a response eventually though not an offer reason being the age of my property I believe.

There was no pressure at any time, if you needed to speak to anybody they were always available and could answer all my questions in a polite and proffessional manor.
Would i use this company again most deffinatly.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

We were in the market to off-load our property portfolio, hence we were willing to take a hit of 15/20%.
The estate agents valued the property at £290. Quick Move gave a initial valuation over the phone of £247k subject to estate agent valuation.

Once they have the valuation the final offer was £208k, a drop of £39k and telling us we would be saving £5k in estate agent fees.

AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE, YOU WILL ONLY GET 60% OF WHAT YOUR PROPERTY IS VALUED AT.

I had seen the advert for this service and wanted to find out my options. I was very impressed with the speedy response from Jerome and the conversation was so helpful. Although this wasn’t the right path for me I am so impressed by Jerome’s professionalism and honesty. If I was in a position to use this service I would without a doubt as it’s clear they are a good honest service who are not out to just gain money but also consider what is best for the customer.

Very good experience , we had Matt Bowden, as completion manager, he is the best man into this company, he always respond on time to the phone calls, emails, best service we had from him, i highly recomand him and the company too .

If you’re looking for a house sale that’s quick and painless, I would recommend QuickMoveNow. From initial valuation to completion, the process has been hassle-free. Rhys was friendly and patient throughout and their recommended solicitors (Ricky @ Houldsworth) were helpful too. You might not get market value for your home but they’re a company you can trust for a quick sale.

I found the staff very helpful and easy to deal with. No pressure just a friendly guide through the process and left me to decide if it was right for me. When I went ahead with the sale the team and the solicitor they got for me were very quick to sort everything out, very professional. I made a provisional enquiry with this company over the weekend. The enquiry was made as a back up if our property did not sell within the requisite timescale. Jerome Bonner one of the client account managers contacted me on Sunday and could not have been more reassuring, helpful and entirely clear on their business practices.
