The car wash was just bought by a quick quack. It was previously take five just before closing, which was not disclosed to me. I was up sold a full service car wash package where they vacuumed my windows, etc. I go the next week to get a car wash they are closed for three months. Send me to another one and not one of the locations they have or our opening has full service yet they are still charging me for it. I reached out to take five who then pond me off on quick quack, who has no one that you can even call as a customer service hence why they have a 2.1 review. Great job guys.

4/27/26, 5PM, my car was bumped from behind while going through the car wash causing damage to my 2020 Tesla Model Y. This is not the 1st time one of my cars has been bumped from behind in the wash. This time it caused a dent in my rear trunk door. An incident report was submitted...now what?
Why is it so necessary to usher the cars through at only about 2 inches apart from each other?...give them a little space.

This incident was thoroughly investigated, and the footage confirmed that there was no malfunction of the wash or conveyor system that caused or contributed to the collision. In this case, the vehicle behind yours failed to follow the required safety instructions by not placing the vehicle in neutral, which resulted in the rear-end contact. Our wash procedures are designed with safety first while still providing a fast, clean, and efficient experience. Vehicles are separated by multiple conveyor rollers throughout the tunnel to maintain safe spacing and controlled movement. While the distance between vehicles can sometimes appear smaller from inside the car, the spacing is intentionally designed to reduce momentum and minimize the severity of incidents should a driver fail to follow instructions. In fact, greater spacing in a situation like this could have resulted in more significant damage. Upon entering the wash, every customer is instructed to place the vehicle in neutral, remove their hands from the wheel, and keep their foot off the brake until directed to exit the tunnel. When those instructions are followed, vehicles move safely through the wash without issue. We wash hundreds of vehicles daily across our locations, and incidents like this are very rare. As with a typical traffic accident, responsibility for damages rests with the driver whose actions caused the collision. We will continue cooperating with insurance carriers and provide any necessary information or footage to help ensure the appropriate party is held responsible. While we understand your frustration, we are unable to accept responsibility for damage that was not caused by the wash equipment or operation itself.

Screwed my refund!!!
When we received the October 2025 Ceramic coating for the month it was 18.99 and then 29.99 mthly. I was charged 39.99. Call and they stated they would refund me my last month April since I will no longer be around a QQ for the summer. Never received the credit and when I called they said that was incorrect and still charged me for April. Will encourage my family & friends to NOT use this company. Others around to pick from.

Our records show that your membership renewed on March 29 at the advertised rate of $39.99 for the Ceramic Duck Membership. On March 30, you contacted our Customer Care team to cancel and were offered a one-month retention credit, which you accepted. As outlined during that call and confirmed in writing the same day, the credit applied to your April billing cycle, with normal billing set to resume afterward.
On April 13, you contacted us again requesting a refund. At that time, our team reviewed the account and explained that the charge was valid, as the membership had already renewed and the wash was used during that billing period on 4/2 and 4/13. Per the agreed terms and conditions, and because services were utilized, the charge is not eligible for a refund. During that same interaction, you requested cancellation and were advised that doing so would forfeit the retention credit. You confirmed cancellation, and your membership has since been cancelled, with access remaining through the end of the paid billing cycle through April 29th. A confirmation of this was sent to you as well.
We strive to be transparent with our membership terms, including billing timelines and cancellation requirements, which are provided at signup and in follow-up communications.

Poor customer service
I was sent an e gift card by your company and today at around 12: 30 P.M. when I tried to get my car washed I was approached by a young who gave me a million reasons why he couldn’t accept it. It got to the point where I became frustrated. I asked for a manger and this same young man told me there were no managers. So I got out of my car and went into the office in search of someone who could help me. In the office the young man kept asking me “ so what are you going to do about it” taunting me to make a mistake and hit him since he knew he had upset me. He later stated he was going to call the police which I agreed for him to do. At this same moment some guy came out with his arm in a sling who never introduced himself only telling me to leave since I was supposedly yelling. Yes I was yelling I was frustrated with the complete incompetence of their employees. I should have waited for the police but I decided to just leave to avoid any further issues.The employees kept mentioning there were cameras which everyone knows. Maybe that's why they taunt people knowing they can hide behind the cameras for protection. Luckily there are more and better car washes in this area.

The wash itself is fine. It's the membership where they get you
The car itself is fine. It's the membership that gets you. They offer you a discount, say $10 for the month of January. Then, when you're monthly membership is up and there's no money in the account, it basically freezes your membership. You can't cancel it on the website or the app. Turns our you're supposed to call. I figured (and this is on me) that my membership would cancel after a couple of tries to take out the payment. Right? Nope. Fast forward 21 days and they have been trying to charge your account. Except now I have money in there to pay a bill, but now I'm $39 short for the bill. Of course, NOW I can cancel. Except it's still good until the end of February. So when I call to get a refund I'm told that of course I can't. But I can use my membership for the next 9 days. The manager is conveniently not available. I'm on a call back list. I am not holding my breath.
Quick Quack just lost a customer.

Our Unlimited Membership is a subscription that renews automatically every 30 days from the original sign-up date. The promotion you mentioned was an introductory offer of $9.99 for the first month, with pricing returning to the regular monthly rate beginning in the second billing cycle. This information is included on promotional materials, pricing boards, and in the Terms and Conditions that are reviewed and signed during enrollment.
When a membership is created, customers sign the Terms and Conditions on the sign-up tablet and immediately receive a welcome email that includes the renewal date, renewal price, cancellation instructions, and a link to the full terms.
A failed or missed payment does not cancel the membership or change the billing date. Instead, the account is placed into a suspended status until the balance is brought current, and the normal 30-day billing cycle continues from the original enrollment date.
Memberships can be canceled at any time through the app, or our Customer Care team can assist directly. If you still need help with your account, please contact Customer Care at 888-772-2792 or info@dontdrivedirty.com. Our team is available 7 days a week from 6 AM – 7 PM PST and will be happy to review your account with you.

The folks that work at the wash do not…
The folks that work at the wash do not help you, ultimately I believe that is where the mishap happened (deleted an old car and added new license plate) and they tell you to call the 800# and you get a message to call again later, no one to answer the 800 customer service #. So essentially you are left there needing a wash and can’t have it even though you have a membership. So I paid to add a car I already pay for and I was told I couldn’t get that refund. Why on earth would you not refund that?
And now I get these emails that say it’s resolved?
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLED. The absolute worst experience.
I drive across town now to go to another place and it’s worth it.

I've been a member of Quick Quack for many years, at first when they opened, they were an awesome car wash, amazing experience. Lately, they don't really cut it, my car never leaves their wash clean. Today, I dropped the kids at school and thought I'd wash the snow off my car. However, I didn't realize I needed to update my credit card on file and I didn't have my purse on me. The attendant, would not let me through the wash, he refused service to me and was quite rude about it. This was at the Highland location off Timp, rude little blonde boy was the only person that I could see working. Instead of actually using customer service skills, and reminding me that I could go into the app and update my card, he made me turn around and leave. LOL, really? There isn't a shortage of car washes here in Utah, and you can better believe I will NOT be frequenting this business ever again. I've canceled my 3 car monthly membership and will happily pay someone else :)

To my surprise a month later I got charged another $37.99 for my “subscription. What a shady operation!
After going back and forth over 4 emails they refused to refund me. Avoid this scam of a car wash.

STAY AWAY if your car is more than 5 years old. I've been a customer for years. I recently went through their wash and the front wiper arm was damaged. The staff recognized the issue and an incident report was filed. The claim was rejected due to my car being more than 5 years old. They're lost a loyal customer due to this horrible customer service experience.

Without more information to identify your specific claim, we cannot directly address your concern, but we can assure you that we are committed to always doing everything possible to ensure the safety of every vehicle that travels through our wash. We wash hundreds of vehicles each day without incident, but in the rare case of damage, we always thoroughly investigate each claim. We do have our damage claim policy posted in multiple locations at every facility including at the entrance of the wash. As our signage at the entrance of the car wash states, “We are only responsible for items that are factory-installed, secured, undamaged, and on vehicles that are less than five years old. Also, antennas should be removed or retracted.” Even with this policy, we will investigate any claim of damage to ensure that there was no malfunction of the wash that caused or contributed to the incident. If it is found that nothing malfunctioned during your wash to cause this incident, unfortunately, we would not be able to accept responsibility since it does fall in line with incidents that can occur with the age of the vehicle and is advised by our signage before you enter the wash.
Such a big Corporation wouldn't make it right.
I just discovered on my credit card bill that I was being charged double cost on my Quick Quack bill since June. In June I went to Quick Quack for a ONE TIME car wash on a car that I usually don't drive. I learned from their Customer Service that I must have added that car to my account. I did not. She looked up that June was the only time I had that car in. The frustrating part is that the only thing Quick Quack would do is apply credit to my next months bill, and I was out of luck the other 5 months I was billed. Such a big corporation and they wouldn't make it right.

This company is shady AF
This company is shady AF. For about a year I was paying for their premium car wash “experience” $35/mo . Finally, I realized that I don’t use it enough to make it worth my while. I cancelled online and they popped up with a free month . I accepted. Why not. Well, I got charged again a month later. So I called to complain and get my money back and they said “ when you accepted the free month, it automatically charges you again after that free month and since you accepted it, I can’t give you your money back.” It must have been the tiniest print because I never saw that. I never used it and it’s only the second day of the month. I just find it terrible service for any company to trick someone who is cancelling into continuing a membership. Super shady. Horrible business practice. Not to mention, my car was never clean the first time through and left permanent streaks on my new car.

A follow-up email is also sent immediately, confirming that the free month was applied, noting that the account remains active, and showing the next billing date.
If the cancellation is started through our app, the process is visually displayed on-screen. Customers are presented with two clear options:

Scratches car
I joined Quick Quack carwash immediately after purchasing new RAVE 4 expecting a simple, safe cleaning, to keep our car looking new. But after 6 months of using Quick Quack we noticed multiple scratches on the top and sides of the roof both sides. The damage was not noticeable immediately after first wash but after 6 months of washing the marks are clearly visible. It is a new car and there is no other way it could have gotten identical scratches on both sides of the roof.
I cannot recommend this place and strongly suggest going elsewhere if you care about your car’s finish.

Quick Quack Car Wash’s systems are “brushless” and utilize a combination of soft-cloth and neoprene foam (scuba suit material) in order to be safer on your car’s finish. We wash hundreds of vehicles each day without incident, but in the rare case of damage, we always thoroughly investigate each claim and work with our customer for a resolution.
