Great Company - Great Products
Orders arrive quickly, and the correct items are sent. The products themselves have been great. So great that I have placed a lot of orders :-/ When items are out of stock, you can add yourself to receive a notice when the item is back in stock. For the items that I have returned, the returns process was straightforward and easy. The time to return is generous (if using PayPal, the returns over 6 months are for store credit.) Have only called Customer Service once, and had options of how to contact, and connected with a helpful gentleman within a minute. So glad a friend recommended Quince!

Quince product and customer service are great.
Quince has great products at very reasonable prices. If needed their customer service is outstanding and helpful. Highly recommend Quince and there products, especially the cashmere.

Purchasing and receiving the package was effortless. I called to ask a question about my purchase. Quince actually answered the phone and I spoke with a competent and wonderful rep who spoke clearly and understood my question. It was an excellent experience. All corporations should follow Quince's lead. Because most corporations don't care about customer service and I will NOT buy from those corporations.

great customer service
I did not know that quince does not ship to P O Box addresses, so FedEx did not deliver my package. I went round and round with FedEx and finally went to their shipping hub to be told that my package is now in the mid west. (I live on the west coast.) So I finally contacted quince directly; problem solved in less than five minutes. A new package will be sent to my street address. Great customer service
