Quince not only has awesome products but their customer service goes above & beyond any I have had in recent years. I love that one option I have is to actually speak to a real human being. WOW! And the person I spoke with was really the best customer service representative I have ever spoken to. Amazing to have this service in a time when everything seems rather fake and inhuman. About the products, I love my new beautiful loafers! The price was right, the shoe leather is soft and for someone who has neuropathy in her toes, these shoes really worked for me!

Quince sent me the wrong item
Quince sent me the wrong item, which initially was frustrating. I called customer service, got someone on the phone right away and they issued a full refund and gifted me the wrong item! Wonderful customer service.

Great items and customer service
Just recently started purchasing items from Quince. Have absolutely fallen in love with their brand. The quality of everything that I have gotten is fantastic for the price, especially. I did run into one small issue today with a missing piece from a larger order, but this was immediately rectified by customer service. Could not be happier with the company.
